Greg and his crew did an outstanding job on replacing our water main line. He was prompt and thorough with the job and knew what he was doing. They was very neat with the yard, very conscious of the landscaping and was able to get it done in less than a day. GAGP is a local owned business and we like to support local.

Very pleased with the work GAGP and the price was very fair. I alway get 3 quotes on every job. The firs quote from another vendor was $3800.00 which was crazy money. The 2nd vender never followed up with a quote!? and Then GAGP came back at $1200.00 total for the complete job. Greg was great to work with and the job was done professional. I would recommend him as a great resource.

He did a fine job. It cost more than I expected but it wasn’t the plumbers price. There is only a 3 year warranty on sump pumps. He checked my backup battery which was something I won’t touch. All and all it was cheaper than the deductible I would have to pay if my finished basement flooded.

We had major water coming in the foundation and basement walls due to hydro-static pressure. the problem was so bad, we used a 6 gallon wet dry vac the last time our basement flooded and emptied it over 40 times! They were not able to get to us right away but came over to assess the situation and get our downspouts draining away from the house right away. Greg came out as soon as he was able to and quickly found our faulty tile drain. He then added drainage for the downspouts underground leading to the street. He also removed and replaced the block of sidewalk near the street to install the drain pipes properly. After they finished regrading, our yard was re-seeded and strawed. Very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!

Within 2 hours of contacting GAGP Industries, Greg was at our home to install a new sump pump and battery backup. I could not be happier. Price was very reasonable, installation went quickly with no problems, and Greg was very helpful to address any concerns and to discuss the product and how everything worked. Greg was a pleasure to deal with. He explains the charges up front. I had him install a new sump pump and in the middle of that he quoted me for a free standing tub installation. I had him do both. I felt his changes were very fair and work was done with professionalism and quality. He is now my new plumber of choice.

I really needed help. Water spewing from the pump onto the basement floor. This was Wednesday night. Having surgery on Friday so it needed to get taken care of. I had calls out to two plumbers neither returned my call. When I woke up Thursday morning Greg from GAGP had already texted me and said he was near if I needed his help. Job was done by 9:00 am on Thursday. I think he had a white horse in the driveway. Can't thank him enough.

Greg contacted me soon after I logged off of Home Advisor. He came out and looked the situation over and gave me an estimate. We set up a date to do the work. He arrived on time and fixed the leak in my water line. He cleaned up before he left and did exactly what he said he would. A man of his word. I would recommend him to anyone.

Greg is pleasant, professional, and did a thorough job for us. He was able to get us on his calendar quickly; he arrived on time; and he took care of our plumbing problem. He explained the project as it was in process, and he left our home leaving the work space cleaned. We will call Greg again for any future plumbing problems!

Greg did great work and it only took 1 1/2 days. When he first looked at the problem, he could have augered the pipe however, he knew it was a bigger issue. So we put a plan in place and it all looks good. He even provides seed and hay for where they had to dig. Now I don't worry when it rains.
