Tyler Ramsey Was great help from the start! I appreciate him so much for his service expertise! He was very professional yet showed great acts of service and knowledge and helped a young girl that knows nothing about cars out. Dropped off on Monday, ready for pickup Wednesday, matched a difficult color exactly by blending the undamaged area to the fender. Rieser called Erie and they gave okay Never had any body work done that fast!

Because Rieser's is local to me and has good ratings, I decided to take my 2000 Chrysler LHS to them for some "elective surgery" rust repair. Alex was more than thorough in discussing what they would do, the costs, timeline, etc. I LOVE the result and as others have stated, the whole car was beyond clean when I picked it up. The staff I met were super friendly, and while I'm not hoping for an accident any time soon, I'd go back there in a hot second.

Rieser's did some body work for us 3-4 years ago which went great. This time we had a persistent water leak in our Tucson under the floor and they were very diligent in figuring out the problem. The cost was reasonable and everyone was very professional.

The service went very well. I came in without a scheduled appointment. Rieser’s still provided an estimate explained what was needed and advise me they could complete the work within 30 minutes after the parts arrived. Unfortunately our car was involved in another incident so I wasn't able to return until approximately 2 months later. When I called I was surprised Rieser’s still had my information. As agreed they completed the repair within 30-45 minutes. The team was very courteous. I would definitely use them again. Although as an Angie's list customer I believe they still owe me a free car wash :)

I was very pleased with the results. I got three bids and Rieser's was the best price. Significantly, I was originally planned to pay all the cost rather than turn it over to my insurance company. Only Rieser's calculated its bid on the standard hourly rate allowed by insurers. The other two bids charged me a higher hourly rate when they thought I was paying. Later, when I turned the repair over to my insurance company, the rep said that either of the higher bids would be lower because the other two companies would be limited to $48.00/hour. Only Rieser's did the decent thing and charged me the same rate regardless of whether the insurance company paid or I did. Also, they cleaned the car inside and out before turning it over to me. The car was done on time and the work was excellent.

They did a phenomenal job on my car. It looks brand new, and that's after some pretty intense back end damage. They even did some work that was unrelated to the accident. In fact, one of their vendors inadvertently scratched the window. They immediately gave me a loaner car while they fixed the window. Finally, they were really accurate and honest on time, and gave me an incredibly detailed quote, that gave me everything i needed to know about the work. Steve, his wife, and the office staff were really nice and cook not be more helpful.

They were great. They were really, really great. They are fantastic. The insurance company paid, I just paid the deductible. I liked the work that they did. I liked the fact that they did it very, very quickly. It was quality work and I liked the fact that the interaction with the people that work there was very comfortable.

I was impressed with the quality work and class act customer service. They are excellent. I highly recommend them. Every person I spoke with there was wonderful - Alex, Kyla and Marte. There was another gentleman who was great but I did not get his name.

Everyone was very professional and kept me well informed every step of the way. They delt with the insurance company directly which was a relief. I was impressed that they remembered my name almost a year later when I had some other unrelated work done.

Everything was very smooth, from the estimate to the pick up of the vehicle. The job was finished when promised and I am very satisfied with the results.

Very thorough estimate, great communication! Estimate was to repair tailgate and not replace saving $$. Overall, work was OUTSTANDING!! Results were incredible. They were very professional and work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Great communication throughout. Will definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed with how easy the staff made everything. I was in and out with my rental car (arranged for me and waiting when I dropped of my car). They told me that it would be approximately 5-6 days and they called at the end of the 4th day to say it was ready for pick up. Above all else, I was most impressed with the staff. I really enjoyed working with everyone I came into contact with. What great people! It's never fun dealing with accident's and insurance issues, but I have to say I can't imagine it going any better than it did. I would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Rieser's Staff!

They did a great job. My car came back very clean. For the reasonable amount of money I paid, they did a fantastic job. I got three different quotes and they were the lowest.

They did an excellent job. I would recommend that place to anybody. The owner did an excellent job giving me my estimates. He came out with me to the car and told me exactly what he was going to do. He explained everything. He did not make me feel like an idiot. It was a wonderful experience.

My van's lease is ending soon and it had some minor damage to the bumper - a slight gap where it had come unclipped and a few scrapes where the paint had come off. In the interest of keeping the lease-end appraiser's report as positive as possible, I took my van in to Rieser's to get an estimate on the damage, in the hopes of making a cheap fix. Dan spent a good half an hour inspecting, photographing and running the numbers. Meanwhile, the friendly office staff provided me coffee and were very solicitous. Then Dan went over the process in detail with me (remolding, priming, painting, attaching - a 2 day process). The estimate was around $500. This was more than I had hoped to be putting into the van, just to turn around and turn in the lease. Dan advised me to have it appraised first before going through with the work. He'd had experience at a dealership and let me know that their appraisal may not dock me as much as fixing it might cost. I appreciated his honesty and the time he took to explain this to me. After thinking on it a day, I called back and asked how much it would be just to reattach the bumper. I was shocked when they said to just bring it by anytime and they'd do it for free, I'd just need to wait maybe half an hour. I took it in the next day and Dan got right on it. The staff was again very friendly, conversational, and funny! I found out they were a family run business, took pride in their work, and I observed them being very respectful and helpful with their customers. Dan finished up in about half an hour and showed me what he'd done and described how he had reattached the bumper. I was pleasantly surprised to see that he had gone ahead and touched up the areas where the paint had scraped off. And he even handed me a bottle of the matching paint so I could add another coat and use it on other nicks. I insisted on paying him something, but he kindly refused. So, I got a free estimate, good advice, met some great people, and received excellent service, all at no charge. Can't beat that!

My auto dealer recommended Rieser's Auto Body East after I had my first auto accident in decades. The entire staff took my hand and led me through the process. They dealt with my insurer, provided a rental car on-site, and made sure my car was ready on-time so I wouldn't have to postpone a trip out of state. My Nissan Altima came back to me looking showroom new, detailed inside and out. If anything good came out of my accident, it was finding this gem of a friendly, family business.

My son was in an accident, his fault. He rear-ended a car. He diligently attempted to avoid the accident and as the result, damaged many surfaces on his car--front bumper, front passenger quarter panel, front passenger hood, front passenger wheel, headlight, wiring harness for the entire car. After personally visiting a couple of body shops and leaving with a 'bad feeling', I went to Angies List and searched for an A-rate body shop close to work and home. I found Reiser's Autobody East and am very glad I decided to have this shop repair the car. They reviewed the insurance estimate,ordered parts based on insurance estimate, and had me drop the car off about 2 or 3 days later (it was still drivable). When I dropped it off, they had a representative from Hertz at their location waiting with the rental car (covered by my insurance). I was told based on the labor estimate from insurance adjustor, they would most likely have the car from Tuesday through Friday of the following week. As they were taking damaged parts off of the car, they found additional work that needed to be done. They phoned the insurance company and had the adjustor out to see what they had found. The adjustor approved the additional work and left a check for the additional approved amount. We picked up the car today, and it looks brand new! Reiser did an amazing job and I know the repair was done correctly and is structurally sound. I know why this shop has received such glowing reviews and received the Super Service Award.

Very professional. Was ready for me at the appointed time. Car was ready when they said it would be. Work was top notch. Can?t even tell the repair was done. Much more reasonably priced than the dealer for the same project. Very friendly folks in the main office. Be sure to mention you?re an Angie?s List member, you get a free car wash!
