Arrived promptly.  Determined what was needed for the installation.  Installed the ceiling fan with no dust or insulation on the floor of the living room.  Tested fan at all settings.  Removed all tools and trash.  Friendly and communicated all necessary information.  Indicated warranty provided by service and offered to come back when evey any problems were encountered.

Purchased a "deal" from Angie's List for Mr. Electric to install a ceiling fan. The work was done promptly with no surprises. The electrician that came to our house was a great ambassador for the company. Very neat, completed the work quickly and cleaned up any materials he used during installation. I would definitely use Mr. Electric again!

The service went very well.  Jason was very professional, arrived on time, and found the source of the problem rather quickly.  The electric was out in parts of the house, and he found an outside receptacle at the corner of the house to be bad.  I didn't even know that was there, because it's behind a bush.  I would definitely recommend this company.

It went great.  Very professional and courteous.  A very nice person.  This is the third time I have used him.  He is definitely my furnace guy.

Bill Mazei from Mr. Electric showed up early (which never happens with contractors) and gave me an estimate fro replacing one outlet and installing three ceiling light fixtures.  He was very professional and friendly, and quite knowledgeable.  I thought the estimate was VERY high even with a $50.00 coupon from Angie's List.  All of the work took less than an hour and it cost $438.00!  I agreed to the high price, however, because he was already there and prepared to do the work, and because I had been putting it off for a while and wanted the work to be done.  Maybe that's the M.O. for this company.  
I will say that Bill was so friendly and I enjoyed talking to him while he was working so it made the high price of the work a little easier to swallow.  I'd like to call Mr. Electric again but I think I could find another electrician that would be less expensive.

Everything was perfect.  I love Mr. Electric.  Their people are always professional and knowledgeable.  I've used them for several jobs and am never disappointed.

It was a great experience! I called them and they scheduled me for the next day. Scott arrived on time and actually head of time. He inspected the detector and realized the beep was coming from an adjacent CO2 detector. He fixed the problem. He also repaired a ceiling fan that was not working properly. I would highly recommend this company!

They called me a couple of timestrying to make the appointment after I purchased the deal. I never had them come out because I got sick though.

It went well, hes been the same electrician I've had out before. He explained to me how and what needed to be done.

There was initial confusion with my order and it took a followup call to get them out to my folks place.  After the call they responded quickly.  My Mom mentioned that they were very courteous and my folks were pleased.  Supposedly my Dad wanted the fan wired differently than to code (his is a contrary but ingenious Electrical Engineer) and the installer handled my 91 year Dad very well but firmly and keep it all to code!!  So they have a replaced ceiling fan in their bedroom and my folks were satisfied.

I called and within an hour had an electrician (Dion) at my house.  He looked at the previous bonding  job and was able to confirm it was not only not done to code but was in fact more of a safety hazard than not having the CSST bonded at all!  He fixed the prior  bonding job in a very timely but more importantly, correct, manner!!   Dion was friendly, answered all my questions and was honest about the fact it would be a quick job but that he would still have to charge the cost of a service call.  However, with the Angie's list discount, the final price was within the range of what  I had quoted by some other electric companies.  Overall a great experience!
