At first the electrican didn't think it was possible to install the remote control feature but he investigated it more and was able to complete the work. He was friendly yet professional.

Arrived on time. They got started promptly--didn't fool around. Polite and respectful. Gave me plenty of warning when power would be completely off. I am extremely pleased. Work passed city inspection with no problem.

They came here when they said they would be here. I basically had to ask them about things that had to be done. I had to ask him to pull out outlets.

Overall the work took over 6 hours and was good. My only problem was that the electrician had to disconnect every light and unit in the house and he forget to put a couple back. The next week my air conditioning did not work and when I checked it--I found that the circuit breaker from the outside unit had not been replaced. Minor problem but could have been costly.

They came out and did a good job. They are consistent in their work over the several times we've used them.

Excellent. Called three companies for quotes prior and Jess Howard was the only one that came out and gave an on-site quote and they were the lowest. Arrived on time (early in fact) and completed work in professional and efficient manner. The switch we had originally provided was broken and we had to go buy another and they came back same day to finish installing after his last job. Cleaned up all mess. Final bill was the exact same as quote.

I was a little disappointed when I found out they couldn't put in a thermostat switch.

The electrician was very pleasant, but I called an electrician because I wanted someone who could do the job right. I was surprised that an electrician took two days to find the problem.

Don and Charley were on time and went right to work, and except for lunch break, worked continuously. The work that was originally scheduled was for the fans only, but the pantry work was added at the time they arrived. Whenever I asked any questions, they responded without delay. It was obvious they were well-experienced. All material (except wiring) was provided by me. For proper installation, it was necessary that they notch three holes along the upper wall. When complete, Don filled the notches with ''mud'' and finished it off. I will repaint later. The work went well except they soiled the carpet slightly in one of the BR. An attempt was made by them to clean the area by vacuum but was not successful. Spot cleaning with carpet cleaner was done after they left.

THEY HAD GIVEN ME AN ESTIMATE, AND IT ENDED UP TAKING WAY LONGER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE. THEY STUCK TO THEIR ORIGINAL PRICE THEY GAVE ME IN THE BEGINNING. THEY WERE EASY TO CONTACT THOUGH AND THEY MADE SURE THAT ALL OF THE FIXTURES WERE PUT IN THE CORRECT PLACE.

This is a big company that treated my little job with respect. Came the day after I called during the range of time they said they'd be here. Called before arriving. Wore shoe covers, cleaned up when done. Nice job.

Overall, it was positive. Jess Howard got the job done. I had 2 major issues though, the people doing the work and Tim Sr. (who did the estimate) didn't seem to communicate well. As a result, the people doing the work didn't have what they needed in their truck, and would have to reschedule another visit. If they had to come out for another visit, it would take 2 weeks to reschedule. The estimate of work was done in late October (almost Halloween). It called for 2 visits. They came out a total of FOUR times (because they forgot stuff), and it took 2 months to get all the work accomplished.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE ESTIMATE, WORK DONE AND THE EXCELLENT QUALITY OF IMPROVEMENTS MADE. WE FEEL VERY SECURE THAT WE WON'T BE FORCED TO HAVE CHRISTMAS ELSEWHERE THIS YEAR! WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH TIM HOWARD AS HE EXPLAINED HOW WE COULD SAVE $1500 TO $2000 BY USING THE EMERGENCY PANEL INSTEAD OF HAVING TO GET A LARGER FUSE BOX!

BOB WAS VERY EXPERIENCED AND QUICKLY GRASPED THE SITUATION, DID SOME TESTING AND FOUND THE PROBLEM. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

I'VE USED THEIR SERVICE FOR YEARS NOW. I'VE ALWAYS FOUND THEM TO BE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THEY MAKE PRACTICAL SUGGESTIONS TO SAVE YOU MONEY SO YOU DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE TO HAVE THE JOB DONE IF IT ISN'T NECESSARY. I WILL NEVER USE ANYBODY ELSE. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE.

THE REPRESENTATIVE, MEL, RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY, AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT ON A FRIDAY. WHEN HE DIDN'T COME AT THE RESERVED TIME THE FOLLOWING THURSDAY, I CALLED THE OFFICE TO BE TOLD HE WAS SOMEWHERE AT A MEETING. I LEFT A MESSAGE ON HIS CELL PHONE, BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL OF APOLOGY OR EXPLANATION. I HAD GOOD SERVICE FROM JESS HOWARD IN THE PAST, BUT WILL NOT BE BUYING A VERY EXPENSIVE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT FROM THEM DUE TO THE DISCOURTEOUSLY OF THE REPRESENTATIVE.

THEY ARE THE BEST. THEY CAME OUT ON MY SCHEDULE AND CHARGED A GREAT PRICE.

MARK WAS THE INSTALLING ELECTRICIAN, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. GREAT JOB CLEANING UP AFTER INSTALLING FAN.

THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATING WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. I FELT THAT THE ACTUAL WORK OF DOING THE WIRING WAS A LITTLE SLOW. WE HAVEN'T MOVED INTO THE HOME YET. WE FELT THAT THAT WOULD GIVE THEM BETTER ACCESS AND WOULDN'T BOTHER US AS MUCH. THEY WERE IRREGULAR IN GETTING THE WORK DONE AND I FELT NOT AS TIMELY AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED. OVERALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT RATHER SLOWLY. I REALIZE THAT THIS IS A BUSY TIME OF THE YEAR, BUT I JUST FELT THAT I COULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED BETTER AND THE WORK COULD HAVE DONE MORE PROMPTLY.

OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE, HAVE HAD BETTER EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST. PLEASED WITH RESULTS.

THESE GUYS WERE GREAT! AFTER CUTTING THE HOLE FOR THE ATTIC FAN, THEY REALIZED THE ONE WE'D CONTRACTED FOR WOULDN'T FIT W/O MAJOR RECONSTRUCTION OF ATTIC JOISTS. THE 2 MEN WENT AND FOUND ONE THAT WOULD FIT, ON THEIR OWN. GOT OUR APPROVAL AND PUT IT IN. OWNER EVEN CALLED US TO REASSURE US THAT THE QUALITY HADN'T BEEN COMPROMISED, AND KNOCKED OFF $$ FOR THE CHANGE. DUSTY EVEN CALLED ME ON MY CELL PHONE WHEN SOMEONE ARRIVED SAYING HE WAS HERE TO WORK -- TO SEE IF I WANTED HIM TO LET THE PERSON IN.!

ELECTRICIAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON WORK IN BASEMENT. AFTER SPENDING MORE THAN AN HOUR TRYING TO FIND PROBLEM WITH LIVING ROOM OUTLET, HE DETERMINED THAT IT IS PROBABLY A NAIL THROUGH THE WIRE IN THE WALL. HE OFFERED TO BRING IN SOME TRACING EQUIPMENT. I SAID NO BECAUSE THE CLOCK WAS TICKING AND WE RARELY NEED THAT OUTLET ANYWAY.

I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST, AND WOULD USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.
