Boyd's Eastpointe Goodyear

We have used them for over 17 years year and they’re not cheap, but are consistently good, very trustworthy and we will continue to use them. They are extremely professional, punctual and my vehicle is always clean when we get it back. I have and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone.

A service tech identified a loose ball joint while rotating the tires. The office manager identified cost and timeline for me on the same day and they got all the work scheduled and done as quickly as I could return.

He always does a fantastic job.We always go back to them over and over and over.They're professional, very bright, and their prices are reasonable.

IIt went well, the air bag system is up and running again.  I have used Eastpoint Goodyear for both my truck and my daughters car for several years and have always been satisfied with their service.

I spent $300.Everything is OK since I had the service. I dropped it off for half a day.

I have used their services several times. They have done oil changes for me as well as multiple repairs. Typically I wait there or I drop the car off and come back to get it. I usually just have to schedule appointments a few days in advance. They always do a great job.

Recommended tires for everyday driving.  Didn't try to upsale.  They provided me with great service, kept me in my budget and didn't try to add on extras like most car shops do.

I've been taking my daily driver and my wife's station wagon to Boyd's Eastpointe since they opened, with absolutely no regrets and wonderful service. I also occasionally take my 1973 Cadillac Eldorado convertible and 1966 Corvair Monza convertible there for things like oil changes, tire replacement or service, lubrication, and some general repairs. This time it was the Caddy's turn for an oil change after getting it out of winter storage, and they also looked the whole car over for any signs of mechanical failure. I think they treat my classic cars and quot;like familyand quot; and are respectful of my other two autos as well.

Bob, Matt, Mike and all the guys at Boyd's Eastpointe Goodyear always provided excellent professional service for us and our customers. We had one tire ordered for a Dakota truck and found out that we needed the other front replaced. Bob was able to order the tire ( a specialty tire not stocked) and get it in that afternoon.

I have used Boyd's several times for various things. They are quick and punctual. They get the work done at a good price. Not exactly the friendliest bunch. Just kind of whatcha need, this is how much, drop off/pick up times and then you're out. Overall if you don't need the small talk and just want to get stuff done this is a great place. My one qualm and it really applies to just about every mechanic place is your car smells like smoke for a few days after. I'm not sure why mechanics love their cigarettes so much but they inevitably do.

No problems. I had an appointment, they were prompt, and my van was ready in less time than they had projected.

I was having routine maintenance performed on one car and set up the air conditioner apppointment for the other car. They took the car and called me to tell me what needed to be done and what it would cost. I told them to perform the service. It cost what they said it would, and I was able to apply a coupon to the service performed. I have used this service shop for over ten years now and recommended them to others. The first time they performed service on one of my vehicles, they saved me hundreds of dollars over what the dealer had proposed, and properly diagnosed a problem that the dealer misdiagnosed. I have used them ever since--both to have our vehicles serviced and purchase tires. We could not be more pleased. I am so grateful to have a service shop that I trust and has treated me and others I have sent to them very well. They have serviced four different vehicles for us over the years.

Excellent, instead of a new tire, they were able to fix and repair and we discussed future tire options. Excellent customer service!

I couldn't have asked for better service or accommodation. They were upfront and weren't out to sell me tires. At first they thought I could get by with one tire but they found out I needed two. I no longer have the vibration so I know they did a good job.
