+ -1 moreWe entered into a construction contract with Restoration Home Llc c/o Chuck Chambers On May 9, 2023. The work was never completed. We came to an agreement with our lawyers that we would be reimbursed $6300 of the $ 12,000 that we had paid him. He agreed to pay us on or before April 30, 2024. He failed to make any type of payment by that date. We had to file in civil court. We won a summary judgment of $6300 plus interest plus court cost. To this date, we have not received a dime. Do your homework when hiring a contractor. If you live in Ohio, you can look at Hamilton/Butler//Clermont County Clerk of Courts to see if a contractor has any judgments against them in Ohio.
