I have taken my car for a year to Sylvesters. They are great. They always are fair and do an excellent job and have squeezed me in when I did have an emergency with a catalytic converter issue. Chris and Rich both try to offer the best price and don't try to "fix" something that isn't broken. I really trust these guys!

Excellent, these guys are the best and I take my cars there for everything. They are very good and trustworthy, and if they ever do make a mistake, they make it right.

When efficiency dropped in the air conditioning system, Sylvesters brought it back in and found a loose fitting and re-charged at no charge.

I usually leave my car overnite and they call me when it is finished. They are very busy but try to fit you in if you need an emergency repair. I suggest if you need an oil/filter change, you will have to schedule an appointment usually 1-2 weeks in advance. They will always give you an estimate for any work done.

They are very good and efficient. They have several mechanics that have been there for a long time. The original owner still comes in to do transports and other things. I would highly recommend them and have been going here for approximately 30 years. They are very concerned, as well and I have never had any problems here. They have always gone over and above what is expected!

They showed me the parts taken off of my car, and pointed out to me what was wrong. They even sent me a thank you note a couple weeks later for using their shop. Very nice people.

The people at Sylvester's were very professional. They recommended only the service my car needed. They answered all our questions and were willing to work with us & our budget to determine which fixes were most important. They even checked my battery for free. I would definitely recommend them.

They are excellent. They are pretty close to our home. They are very knowledgeable and fair, but they are not cheap. Their oil changes are on the high side. I wish they had longer Saturday hours. They close around 1 pm on Saturdays.

We have been going to Sylvester's for several years now to service our cars & trucks and have always been very pleased with their service. They take the time to explain the problem and don't make you feel rushed like some other places. They are very friendly and easy to work with. Sylvester's has always given me complete satisfaction.

I think very highly of them. I trust them. I trust their diagnosis, workmanship and that they won’t do anything which is not needed. If they find out something wrong, they call me up and talk to me before they fix it.

The brakes were repaired and and I scheduled for installation of the exhaust system. Before my appointment I had problems with the electrical system so Chris took the car right in, replaced the alternator and battery and the exhaust as well. Here is where it gets complicated, the electrical system was still not right. Chris apologized and said the aftermarket alternator was possibly the problem,ordered and installed another. Still not right but how could two alternators be bad? Chris sent us to a Honda dealer for a diagnostic. It was the alternator again. I bought a Honda alternator and Chris had his mechanic install it. Perfect. This process took days but Chris was always pleasant and responsible, he was even driving me back and forth to work. This was not a money making project for Sylvesters but they were always responsive to my problem.

Chris has always been very good and very nice. He did this work on my new car, but they took care of my older car too. They even told me I could take some extra paint to make touch ups. Anytime they need to work on the car longer, they take me home, and they come out to pick me up when it's finished. They are always very nice and professional.

I was concerned about my antifreeze, thought I might need my radiator flushed and new antifreeze so I took the car to Sylvester's. Chris Sylvester checked the car himself and said the car was good to 50 below and the fluid was clean, good to go, no charge. Now I was prepared to have the car serviced and imagine most other auto service facilities would have gone ahead and done that service. Chris is a very honest businessman, we have been taking cars to him for years.
