Their price is probably a little high. They are good in quality. They have friendly service but maybe needs to be a little bit more professional and not so plastic.

Seemed knowledgable of my Beagle and asked questions. Were cautious and appropriate about dog behavior as my Beagle needs to be muzzled doing the injections.
I plan to take one of my cats their soon and received a coupon from them to try the grooming service they host.

Very responsive and accomodating phone and front desk service. Got in the same day for bloodwork. The office is a little worn, but everyone including the vet was very friendly and accommodating. I even called back that evening and left a message after hours and they got back to me right after! Very impressed with that!

Sandstone Animal Hospital are excellent. We'll be seeing them soon for vaccinations and boarding. They've always been very good. Their prices are about average. I have another dog that had to see another vet for awhile, until he was so many months old and they seemed to be on par.

At Sandstone Animal Hospital the care seems good but they were very deceptive on the fees. I went in for diabetes for my dog and they said it would be 750 to 1150 only that was only for one treatment, and it's well over 2000 now. They said they explained it but I never heard it.

Dr. Smith saved my cat's life.
Dr. Rhonda Smith was great in handling my well bitten tom cat. He was a stray that adopted us a few months ago and came home badly limping. His forearm had been badly bitten and chewed in a fight. He was limping and bleeding with infection starting. Dr. Smith gave him a shot for the pain and conducted a thorough evaluation. The cat needed to be knocked out so his fur could be shaved and all of his wounds cleaned out. Since we had become his adopted family, I figured to get him in top condition. I took the doctor's advice and went for the shots and neutering...he was knocked out anyways. I picked up the cat the next day and brought him home on antibiotics. We did a follow-up visit a while later and the cat is a new man (a really new type man - neutered!). He is now in top health.
Sandstone Animal Hospital used to be named Bagley Road Animal Hospital, but the new name reflects the and quot;under new ownershipand quot; of Dr. Rhonda Smith. It is an entirely new business that has been cleaned up and is run professionally. Yes, I would always use them for continued veterinary care due to expert, caring service at a fair price. I have recommended them to other family member too.

Animal Boarding Kennels
We researched a couple of other kennels and decided to stay with them. The people who work with the dogs there seem a lot less busy and more friendly with the animals. They took good care of them.
