Excellent. Driveway is 11 years old and needed freshened up and protected. Looks brand new after service. First time it rained after, I could see water sitting on top of driveway and not absorbing. Gave me a quote over the phone based on satellite photo, confirmed the day before coming, showed up as scheduled. As easy as things should be.

Very well. The sales person (Craig) was very nice. They gave me a good price right from the start. Then when I had a coupon, they deducted the coupon. I called another company and they wanted me to haggle. I want a company to give me their best price and that was what Pristine did. The workmen did a great job, both cleaning and sealing, and my driveway looks great.

Process took several hours because there was only one man on the job. I was not impressed with the application of the sealant which was done with a garden sprayer. It appeared as a light "mist" , not a coating on the surface of the concrete.  The cleaning itself was good.  Unfortunately, rust stains do not come out, but we were advised of this ahead of time. After 3 weeks, the concrete still looks clean.  The technician was supposed to leave a bill, but left without doing so.  I called the company to request a bill but it took them 2 weeks to send it.  Overall, it was okay, but I don't think I would do it again.

I called 440-454-7041 from an ad in the MiMi paper I saw the CALL US FIRST FOR AN INSTANT QUOTE !  So this was the reason I called.  I need two patio;s and sidewalk power washed.  The man who answered the phone took my phone # and email address and said someone would get back to me.  So much for your advisement  "INSTANT QUOTE".  I expected at least a call back the same day.  It is now May 6th, no call, no email.  I'm pretty sure I will not be doing business with a company that works like this one.

Excellent. They arrived on time and were very courteous.  Explained what they would do first and approximately how long it would take.  It was an ugly day but that did not stop our rep from taking his time and doing an excellent  job.  All work completed as agreed upon and the work was excellent.  I would use them again and recommend to my friends.

Everything was handled very professionally from my initial contact right down to the on-line contract and payment options.  All questions by phone were answered and information given about the service and process was thorough and unhurried.  I received a call notifying me of the arrival time and he was on time.

All surfaces, house and concrete, were in dire need of cleaning and Pristine's multiple step process of cleaning and sealants took four hours.  When it was finished everything looked like new.  I couldn't be happier with the outcome and I plan to use them regularly in the future.

I highly recommend Pristine Clean. I just had my concrete drive and walkways cleaned and sealed.  There was a lot of black and green mold on the driveway.  It looks fantastic now.  Derek and Eric were very thorough and courteous.  A job well done!  I am beyond pleased.

The gutter boys did fine. I would definitely use them again. They came, they cleaned up after themselves and they did what they said they were going to do. They charged what they said they were going to charge.

It went pretty good. They got here on time, they were training someone.  They did an okay job.  They got the house clean.  I was just not knocked off my socks.
