The cleaning was done well.

Perfect...timely and did a great job.

When I dropped off floor length custom drapes, I was informed that stains from water damage can be difficult to remove. I had to sign a waiver that would allow Master Cleaners to wash the drapes instead of dryclean them. It seems water damage stains are better removed with water washing than drycleaning. The problem is the drapes may shrink or damage the fabric with a wash method...hence the waiver. I took a chance. When I picked up the drapes, it turned out Master Cleaners was able to remove all the stains (with a little bit of work) without wetting the fabric. They are beautiful! Super nice staff and very reasonable pricing. From now on, I will take all drycleaning that needs special attention here. It's a little out of my way, but worth the drive for flawless work.

I had to have a pair of drapes cleaned and called around to get pricing. Master Cleaners were over a $1 per pleat cheaper than everyone else and they did a beautiful job. I took them in and had them back in 3 or 4 days. They look like new. I would definitely use them again. I know they have been at this location forever and had actually forgotten they were there. Again, a great find from Angie's List.

Suit and Tux look fine. Ties both looked worse than when I dropped them off. They explained that it was difficult to press silk without the rear side causing an impression. My complaint wasn't about the impression as much as the fact that the ties weren't flat any more and had the same stain as when it was dropped off. Both looked worse than before. They agreed to press them again.
When the returned with the ties, one still had the original stain and the other had a tear just below where the knot would be. Another woman came out and explained that the ties were old and that silk is fragile. I said that I understood that silk is fragile and must be treated with care and competence, but that one tie looked no better than before and the other was ruined.
I purchased both ties new and both looked fine except for the food stains when I dropped them off. She finally agreed to refund my cost for cleaning the tie that they ruined, but refused to refund what I had paid for the tie that looked no better than when I had dropped it off.
After a disappointing experience in the past, I had not used this cleaner in over 10 years. I'll not return, and I cannot recommend their services to others.

They were friendly and very efficient.

I took two winter coats in for cleaning. One of the coats was dark and had a VERY small amount of pet hair showing on it. The clerk told me, and quot;There will be an extra charge for de-hairing this coat.and quot; What utter nonsense! I guess I would have saved money if I had taken 10 seconds to use a lint roller before I took the coat in. After all, the reason you take a garment to the dry cleaners is to get it cleaned. I would have expected that the usual dry cleaning service would have removed the wee bit of pet hair in evidence, but no, that's and quot;extra.and quot;

I am a long time Berea resident, and the only reason I use Master Cleaners at all is that they are the last dry cleaner left in town. For years, they have been a royal pain. Their staff is and has been consistently surly and difficult, nearly to the point of being disrespectful. I am actively looking for another cleaner in the area, even if they will be somewhat further away. Master Cleaners should not be rewarded for being unpleasant to deal with.

The quality of work was outstanding. The price was on the higher side, but I understand that there may be coupons available (which I did not have).

Very friendly service. Company called with a price for my consent prior to proceeding with repair. Agreed to their price, very fair.

On my last visit, I needed the garment to be ready in a short time. They were happy to accomodate and the garment was finished and ready for pickup at the assigned time.

Most people need alterations to make even the the best garment fit beautifully. Tina does this with a practiced eye. I don't know what I'd do without her.

When I brought the blazer in, Tina marked it to where I wanted it taken in and gave me a quote of $60. This was an Ann Taylor blazer and would have cost me much more to replace, so I decided to have the work completed. Tina told me it would take at least two weeks to alter because she had to tear the whole thing apart due to the lining. I received a phone call a week later that the blazer was done! Tina did a beautiful job; it looked like new and fit perfectly.

Tina immediately assessed the alteration needs and promised to have the work done in one week. Everything was finished in a week and the fit was superb. She is truly a treasure.

TINA WAS ABLE TO ANALYZE WHY GARMENT DID NOT HANG CORRECTLY AND WAS ABLE TO FIX IT TO PERFECTION/ DOES WONDERS WITH ALL TYPES OF STAIN REMOVAL.THIS IS A COMPANY THAT REALLY CARES.
