Since its inception by co founders William Barr and Michael Strmac in 2002, Universal Windows Direct has lived by the philosophy of CANEI - "Constant and Never Ending Improvement". The whole process was great including the sales guy, the guy who showed up to measure the windows, Joey T. was our installer and they look absolutely perfect, and finally their field manager Eric Sears even stopped by to double check the work. They were all so polite and on time!

Hoping that the crew would show up late since it was the day after Christmas.. nope, they were in time and ready to roll. From Ben Drake, the installer crew, to Eric Sears, the field supervisor, everyone was outstanding, very professional, and hard workers. The windows look great, and they did a hella great job installing them. I can't believe how fast they got the job done. Plus the crew was very friendly, easy to talk to, and you can tell they know what they are doing. Mr Sears, the field supervisor, came by to check on the work. I will definitely pass along this company to anyone looking for quality window with great workers. Plus they have Joe Thomas, future hall of famer, as a spokesman!

The customer service is fantastic. Responded very promptly to requests or questions. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Service techs did an excellent job with the installation and with cleaning up after themselves. Everyone from the sales staff to the installers were professional and helpful. And the warranty offered by Universal Widows is exceptional!

Jake was very helpful and professional. Thought it would be an hour presentation but actually was more than 2 hours. Jake answered all our questions and really tried to work with us. Had to wait until Monday to get a copy of our contract. Put down a deposit. Now awaiting the measuring folks and then the windows themselves. So far... a good experience.

Unbelievable I cannot say enough great things about the whole process!! Eric and Ryan Callahan did the install so professionally, clean, polite, and extremely quality workmanship!!!!! Will be buying more windows and will definitely have these two gentlemen installing them!! Eric Sears stopped by and checked out the job I thought that was very different never had anyone check on a job!!!! Will be telling everyone I know about this great experience!!!Also unbelievable quality in the window!!!

We were so impressed with our window installation. Our installers, Cliff and Ben, were absolutely top-notch! They were professional, careful, thorough, and cordial. They took the time to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, cleaned everything up at the end of the day, and worked through a cold day of pouring rain! The windows are very well made. We ordered the wood grain and they match our 122-year old woodwork perfectly. Our house is virtually sound proof with the new windows. We are very pleased.

I had a young gentleman story by my house on October 27th ask if I would like a free estimate since they had just completed some work in the neighborhood. Cody Hinkle, came out on October 31st to help discuss/design my home. While he was here, he did a great job educating me on their windows and doors, especially in regards to making my home maintainance free. At this time with the discounts that were given, I thought that this was a great opportunity to purchase what i needed.

The team of Paul and Billy were very professional. They were punctual and explained the process would take approximately 1 and a half days. They explained the order the windows would be installed and what work would take place inside and outside of the home. Afterwards they cleaned up after themselves, hauled away the old windows (to be recycled) and answered all of our questions.

From my first meeting with the Representative who set up my appointment, to the meeting with the Sales Representative to the day the windows were installed, I can tell you I have never dealt with more of a professional organization than Universal Windows Direct. They were so personable, friendly, helpful and understanding when I had questions and concerns. When they came to install the windows, they showed up on time/promptly. They were professional and explained everything they were going to do and got to work immediately. The windows were installed quickly and cleanly. No mess was made inside or outside of my home. Just before they were finished, I received a call their office wanting to know how things went and if I had any questions (which I did) and all my questions were answered. They also advised that if I had any further questions later on, to just give them a call at any time. I would most definitely recommend Universal Windows Direct to anyone looking for a professional and outstanding company to work with. My neighbors have asked me about the company and how happy I am with the work. They have complimented me on the look of my home now. I am so proud of how beautiful my home looks. Again, I would highly recommend Universal Windows Direct.

The window installation process from this company was the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me in a long time! From the moment they arrive the professionalism was unmatched! So polite and friendly! I show them around and they immediately began! To be honest, I was nervous at first, considering we were getting 16 new windows, all upstairs, in a 103-year-old house, with windows that has never been touched. They did the job in less than four hours, with absolutely no damage to any of the trim, walls, or siding! They even cleaned up perfectly, with nothing left behind! I haven’t been this happy in a long time and I’m thankful the best company has brought a little joy to my life! When the windows downstairs need to be done, I know exactly who I’m going to call in what crew I’m going to request. My safe in home-improvement company is has been restored. If you ever need any windows done, I highly recommend them! 10 out of 10 I will do this again!

If you are thinking about using this company, PLEASE check out different sites before making your decision. They give a discount to you to write a good review BEFORE THE WORK IS EVER DONE. Check yelp and read those reviews. Had gutters replaced on my house and garage. They were here 3 times to measure and check the color of gutters. Said guy would call later that week to make apt. Never did just showed up. He went off my driveway not once but twice into fresh top soil and grass seed. It had rained so of course mud about 200 ft down the driveway. Had to fix topsoil twice. Left many old hangers laying around and long nails. Several small pieces of new cut of gutters that my dog cut his foot on. Said sliding door would be 8 weeks, took over 12. Door wouldn't lock, had to wait another 2 months for them to get parts, now it doesn't close right. I prepaid everything so had to put up with their BS. I would never recommend that company for anything. Do your homework first and don't rely on a company that gives a discount just to get a good review. I wish I would have looked into things more before using them.

We decided to go with Universal Windows and the rep that we were referred to was Cody Hinkle. He was very professional and knows all the ins and outs of his product and company and did an excellent demo. He was never pushy and worked with us on getting a price we were comfortable with. I would highly reccomend giving Universal a call for an estimate and asking for Cody Hinkle.
