See above. I had three concrete driveways slabs lifted. The workers even told us how to prevent any more problems with concrete falling.

Pete came out to provide an estimate for leveling the concrete slab in our garage. Pete was prompt, professional, and more than willing to answer all the questions that we had. The quote was very competitive.

Came out and gave us an estimate (competitor would only give estimate over the phone if we gave the measurement of the blocks - minimum job was $300). Their estimate matched their competitor's minimum (sight unseen). Scheduled the job for the following week and completed the job in under 2 hours.

Everything went very well. I was not at home at the start of the process (arrived home shortly before project's completion). The sidewalk blocks are more level than they were.

Perma-lift did exactly what they said they would do, and charged us the quoted amount. Their work was clean and they left the area looking pretty much like it was when they arrived. The only complaint is the very obvious holes they drill through your concrete to pump the leveling mixture through. While they fill the holes after they are done, they do not make an effort to blend them in, so they end up being very noticeable. The company did inform me ahead of time that holes would be drilled, but they do end up being very noticeable. So now we have a level walkway, but three very noticeable round "dots" on each of 6 walkway segments, and one of our stairs. If you are considering having this type of work done, I would make sure you are okay with the process. I believe there are companies that dig out underneath your concrete and fill that way. We are probably going to replace the entire walkway now.

Arrived promptly, stayed extra time to do the job right at no additional charge, told me what they could help with and what they couldn't help with.

He called me back promptly and helped me out by recommending another company.

Pete stopped by when we weren't home and left a estimate at the door but didn't put a dollar amount on the estimate!

Showed up early for estimate, and walked around the property to discuss with me what would be involved. They raised some questions that required my follow through. Their estimate seemed reasonable, but ultimately I opted for another contractor.

Excellent. Pete came over on a Saturday afternoon and was completely straightforward and honest about the reasons for the work. He was respectful, professional and answered our questions clearly and patiently. His estimate was accurate and significantly better than the other three estimates we had received. The work was down in a timely fashion, cleanly and professionally. This comes with our highest recommendation. We would certainly recommend him to others

Pete was very pleasant and calls to the company were returned promptly. They came out to estimate while I was at work and left the estimate and then returned to complete the work the week I called to schedule it. We were very happy with their service, quality of work and convenience.

They gentlemen was very polite and looked at both situations and said that he did not do that type of work. However he did recommend someone to me to do the work. If there was work for him to do I would call them again. I was impressed with his honesty.

He knew exactly what to do. We've been fooling with this problem for years, and it just seemed to be getting worse. He told us he didn't think the slabs had been laid properly when they built the house. In the process, he had to take a drain pipe out that was running through and move some rocks. They were very clean. We haven't had any drainage problems since then, and we've had heavy rains. It didn't seem as expensive as we expected.

They were right on time and did the work well. We thought their prices were reasonable.

I RECEIVED BIDS, THIS WAS THE LOWEST AND THE GENTLEMAN SEEMED TO BEST KNOW WHAT WAS TO BE DONE. WE DISCUSSED THE JOB, HE GAVE ME A PRICE AND WHEN HE CAME OUT TO DO THE JOB, HE DID IT RIGHT AND QUICKLY. THE PROPERTY WAS KEPT CLEAN, THE JOB DONE NEATLY. IT PASSED INSPECTION WITH EASE. ANOTHER BIDDER TOLD ME TO FIX A SMALL PORTION OF SIDEWALK HE WOULD HAVE TO LIFT DRIVE. THIS WOULD HAVE RESULTED IN MANY SECTIONS OF DRIVE NEEDING FIXED AND HIGHER COSTS TO ME. PERMA LIFT GAVE ME GOOD INFORMATION AND BEST OF ALL DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME A FEMALE SENIOR CITIZEN. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND HONEST AND THEIR WORK WAS WELL DONE. THEY ANSWERED THEIR CALLS IMMEDIATELY AND COURTEOUSLY. I HAVE ALREADY PASSED ON INFO TO SEVERAL PEOPLE INCLUDING MY REALTY SALES PERSON AS A COMPANY WELL WORTH DOING BUSINESS WITH.

BOTH WORKERS WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. CAME QUICKLY AS WELL.

I SEARCHED ANGIE'S LIST PRIOR AND FOUND PERMA-LIFT INC. HAD DONE NUMEROUS JOBS FOR ANGIES LIST SUBSCRIBERS. THE REPORTS WERE ALL ''A''. I CALLED PETE FOR AN ESTIMATE AND PETE VISITED MY HOME TO VIEW THE WORK REQUIREMENTS. HE WAS PROMPT, GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE AND TOLD ME HE WOULD DO THE JOB WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AS PROPOSED AT THE PRICE PROPOSED AND THE WORKMEN WERE PLEASANT, CLEANED UP, AND LEFT NO TRASH BEHIND. GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS. I'M COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

THEY REPORTED THEY DO NOT DO SIDEWALK LEVELING, COMPANY DID NOT EXPLAIN THAT IT WAS RELATED TO SLATE INSTEAD OF CONCRETE. I FIND THIS ODD SINCE THEY ARE LISTED UNDER LEVELING.

I WAS VERY PLEASED. IT WAS GREAT WORK AND WOULD USE AGAIN.

THERE IS NO MORE STANDING WATER. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS, THEY WERE VERY NICE. HE CAME OUT PRETTY FAST AND THE WORK TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR.

PETE CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND. HE SAID IT WOULD BE TRICKY TO LEVEL OUT MY DRIVEWAY DUE TO THE NATURE OF HOW THE BLOCKS WERE NOT LEVEL. THEY CAME OUT AND SUCCESSFULLY LEVELED THE AREA OF THE DRIVEWAY THAT WAS IN VIOLATION. HOWEVER, DURING THE LEVELING PROCESS THEY MADE ANOTHER PORTION OF MY DRIVEWAY UNEVEN. IT'S NOT THAT BAD, BUT I'M WORRIED THE CITY COULD GIVE ME ANOTHER VIOLATION. I CONTACTED PETE AND HE SAID PERMA-LIFT WOULD COME OUT AND FIX THE UNLEVEL AREA IF THE CITY GAVE ME ANOTHER VIOLATION.

PERMA-LIFT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WAS STATED IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT AND KEPT TO THE QUOTED PRICE. THE FINISHED WORK IS EXCELLENT. PETE EVEN CAULKED IN A CRACK THAT WAS PRESENT, BEFORE THEY DID THE WORK. WE HAD 3 QUOTES AND THEY WERE THE MOST REASONABLE. WE WOULD CERTAINLY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

AARON DROPPED BY TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED. POLITE, THOROUGH, AND GAVE CLEAR EXPLANATION OF THE PROCESS. ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. AARON WAS ALSO THE FOREMAN FOR THE WORK CREW. VERY CAPABLE. ENTIRE CREW WAS FOCUSED AND EFFICIENT. THEY ALL KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. VERY PLEASED WITH QUALITY OF WORK AND THE CLEAN-UP AFTERWARDS. THIS COMPANY'S BID WAS 2ND LOWEST, BUT THE LOWEST BIDDER WAS BOOKED FOR 3 WEEKS. PERMA-LIFT WAS ABLE TO DO THE JOB WITHIN A FEW DAYS. THIS MADE THE SLIGHTLY HIGHER COST WORTH IT TO US. WE HAD THE CENTRAL A/C UNIT ON ONE OF THE PATIO SLABS DISCONNECTED AND PERMA-LIFT WAS ABLE TO DO THE MUDJACKING WITH IT ON THE SLAB. THE OTHER COMPANIES WANTED US TO REMOVE IT.
