Superb job.  Very impressed with quality and price was very reasonable.  Highly recommend.

Professional punctual and did an incredible job.  Went above and beyond at no additional charge.  Booked solid, but squeezed me in as I had been a previous customer.  We are moving and will definitely use them for future painting jobs, they are terrific!

I've hired a lot of painters over the years and haven't been happy  with any of them. Jessie & Brett have given me a reason to reassess my opinion. Their quality of work, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism are second to none.  Ace Custom Painting is located in Bedford, Ohio and  they arrived at our house in New Franklin, Ohio at 9:00 AM ready for work.   

I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a painter.

Jesse Wilson did a great job!  I called him on a Wednesday, and he came to paint the bathroom on Saturday.  He was very reassuring when addressing specific issues about the job.  I appreciate his willingness to take extra care to cover the fixtures  so they didn't get paint on them.  He was neat and professional, and he paid close attention to detail.   The bathroom walls look fresh and renewed!  He has a very positive personality which is refreshing.  I believe Jesse loves what he does for a living and it shows in the quality of his work!

They asked if they could use the slop sink in the laundry room - which was not a problem.
While in the house I told him I would like them back after the 1st to do a number of things inside
I pointed out a water damaged soffit in the laundry room and a patch of wallpaper that had a water stain plus I needed all trim inside painted.
Long story short I came back from errands and the soffit was painted and the wallpaper fixed (saved me from replacing it all).
Jesse said "no charge" thanks for being a good customer!
Bottom line I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends 

Jesse was very prompt with both the quote and actual date of service. He is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He gave us some tips on our current paint project, explained everything he would do for us and discussed types of paint based on our preferences. We got three different quotes for this project and not only was Jesse's the most inexpensive, but he was able to complete the project in one day (the other quotes said it couldn't be done in one day). My wife was home during the actual project and said that the crew was friendly and worked diligently even though our cat and dog occasionally got in the way (they were very kind to our pets). I returned home at the conclusion of the project and it looked incredible. They sanded and repaired cracks in one wall, spackled, painted trim, a large foyer window, and massive walls. They used tape so all the paint lines were clean and sharp. 
Jesse gave us a the Angie's list discount and after advising us on different paints, allowed us to use his Sherwin Williams discount to purchase the paint ourselves (since we were painted the rest of the foyer on our own). We are DIY homeowners, but needed some professional help for this project. Should be need any painting done in the future, we WILL be calling Jesse.

Jesse and his team showed up on time, and did a beautiful job. After the original estimate, I decided to add on a few more walls, and asked if they could stain the front deck. Jesse never flinched. Whenever I called, he either picked up right away,or called back immediately. His price was fair, even with the upgrades. The whole crew was polite and attentive. They caulked every area that needed it, and cleaned up thoroughly. My walls look fantastic :)

Jesse and Bret did painting for me last year as well. Their work is awesome. I appreciate their attention to detail and the pride they take in their work. Much of the area needed prepping prior to painting which was done with excellent results.  I would highly recommend them if you are looking for quality work.
Furthermore, both are great guys, who are personable, helpful, and trustworthy. Since I can't be home during the work, it is important that I feel confident leaving my home and dog to their care. I have not been disappointed.
I have already discussed work for next year!!

It went beautifully!!! Jesse has more energy than anyone I know. His work ethic is rare in our society (which makes it great for his customer) and he and his crew make sure that YOU (the customer) are pleased with the job they are doing and have done. I wouldn't even consider having another contractor in my home for any future work that needs to be done....and no I am not related to him!

I am very impressed. I bought the special back in February, and kept thinking I had plenty of time. Lo and behold, the time ran out on it. I called Jesse two days after it expired, and he still honored the special price. We found a time that worked and he was on time and ready to go. He brought another person with him and they worked quickly and efficiently. The room looks great, and I really appreciate him still honoring the deal. He's a class act, and a nice guy to boot. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him. 
The deal was for $99, and he picked up the paint and got it mixed for us, plus caulked, so that's the extra amount listed above. It was Sherwin-Williams paint, so he gave us a great deal on it. If we would have bought it, it would have been twice as much.

Jesse, the owner, called back quickly and scheduled an estimate that week.   He came by as promised and walked through the house wiith us.   He gave us candid advice on where to repaint the whole room and where we could just touch up.  We agreed on the price and scheduled that day.   He was booked a couple weeks out already, but I think that's to be expected with a well-recommended, reasonably priced provider.   He left a color chart with us and told us to send our choices the week before the work.   Jesse and his team showed up as agreed.  He got his team going and then went to attend to another job for a bit.  He came back later that day and stayed the rest of the week.   His team did an amazing job of matching a patch in the ceiling and covering up all blemishes.   The house looks much brighter now and dozens of minor imperfections in the previous paint job are gone.   At the end of the work, we asked Jesse if he could paint the shutters and repair some outside trim. He had one of his guys come by on a Saturday to fit it into the schedule soon.   It really improved the outside look of the house.   Jesse cleaned up well and even came back to touch up a couple minor things that we noticed after they had left.    He's got a passion for trade and truly wants his customers to be happy with his work.   We'd use ACE again and have already recommended him to some friends.

The overall job was wonderful from start to finish. Jesse called me back immediately and came out right away for an estimate. I was very impressed and decided not to seek any other estimates. He was very easy to work with and adjusted his schedule to accommodate mine. On the day of the paint job he even arrived a little early (which was fine with me). He is very detailed and took care of all the imperfections in the kitchen.

The kitchen looks beautiful. I am planning to use the company for additional work in the living and dining rooms.

The experience that we had with this company was outstanding they were 100% reliable speedy and super clean.  They even noticed some additional work that needed to be done and just did it AND DID NOT CHARGE US!  I would recommend them highly and will certainly use them again for any future painting needs.

My experience with them was excellent. I was just willing to try the big deal. They were very professional, very nice and pleasant to be with. Their price and quality was excellent. I’m going to pass their name on to a friend. The owner was injured on another job and he had an eye patch. He didn’t cancel my job. I think it was very difficult for him to work. He had to go to the doctor after he was here at my house. He had brought a help along with him. I really appreciate it that they came.

He did a fine job. It is an older home and he did his best to cover the irregularities that one finds in an older home. He was neat and professional.  He did the work in a timely manner and was very responsive to my critics and willing to accommodate my requests.
