Drain shoe was fixed properly but over-flow waste valve was not installed.  Team thought it would be too tough to bust through wood etc. and they did not feel comfortable damaging house stuff. I think they just though it was too challenging and they could some something else to make it work, although this was not the most appropriate and quality way to perform the job. It appeared that the plumber was not interested in investigating all options for the proper repair.

Advice:
If you are concerned about some work the technician is doing (is it up to code, is he taking a shortcut, anything at all....) Feel free to stop the worker and ask to speak to his manager or to the main staff.  Or get a second opinion even in the middle of the job if necessary.  Always get more than one or 2 opinions, I recommend 3 at a minimum and 1 should be from a certified highly reviewed plumber.

We are extremely happy with them.  They don't overshoot.  They are responsive and nice.  They are very informative and educate their customers.  They have been really good to us.  We have used them many times.

They were excellent. I use them for other things. They are prompt and courteous. They were very helpful. I called them and they came in within two hours. They were responsive.

We discovered the leak late Thanksgiving evening.  We called first thing in the morning, 7:45.  When they answered they assured me they could have someone out that morning.  Before 9 o'clock there was a technician on site.  He found the problem quickly and repaired the pipe.  It took a little time because the of location.  I have not received a bill yet, so cannot comment on price, but the service was excellent.

There was some back and forth arriving on a date.  I could be flexible, and there was some weather issues.  But, once they were in everything went smoothly.

They did a good job and were excellent to work with.

They always clean up after themselves and they are very courteous. They do good work.

They are now working on my bathroom and they are going to rebuild a railing on porch and they also worked on the boiler. We had them wrap the boiler and do the annual inspection on the boiler. They have good employees that are well trained and they are very courteous. They clean up after themselves and they put down drop towels and even take off their shoes so they are not tracking in all the time.

Went well. I was pleasd it was not a larger problem that would mean tearing hole in wall. They worked hard to figure out the problem which was not self-evident.

Our furnace was not working, he was referred by the previous owner. He was punctual and professional. He taught us about all aspects of the furnace. We did not have him fix it because he was not an approved vendor under our home warranty but he identified the problem and was very informative.

They worked very quickly and efficiently, and kept us informed of the process - answering our many questions along the way. Very professional, friendly and experienced. The finished the job in one day - worked without a break, except a short lunch.

I have been pleased with their service. The owner is a fireman and has some knowledge related to his profession that has helpful.

Company is very responsive to phone calls, helpful on the phone. Not sure that they actually fixed the problem--our boiler/pump still makes noise.

THIS COMPANY RETURNS PHONE CALLS MADE TO A VOICEMAIL SYSTEM WITHIN A FEW HOURS. THEY GENERALLY ARRIVE TO BEGIN WORK WITHIN AN HOUR OF WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL ARRIVE. THEY STICK WITH A PROBLEM UNTIL THEY SOLVE IT. ON SOME OCCASIONS THEY HAVE HAD TO LEAVE TO OBTAIN NEEDED PARTS, BUT THEY RETURNED THE SAME DAY TO COMPLETE THE WORK.
