The two young men that came to do the work were very professional and got the job done. As I was here, they let me see with the camera monitor the condition of the drains (70 year old home), and how all was clear. They had to put a new cap on one of the inside clean-out access points, and their boss insisted that I pay $18 for this cap after paying $700 for the camera/snake work. I thought this was rather petty, especially since it was a flat-rate quote. My regular plumber (who does not have the camera) had to replace one after snaking one of the drains ($250), and he did not even mention the price of the cap. He also put a new wax ring on one of the toilets, and did not charge for that either. So that is why I rated the pricing a "B". $700 is a lot to pay, but I needed to know the condition of the sewer drains to make sure there were no roots or broken sections (old clay pipes). But paying extra for the cap was going too far.

Five days later and there has been no response.

The technician was great and fast. My husband and I are new homeowners and the technician even showed me how to use the humidifier that came with the house. Overall good experience.

AC has been great to work with. We are first time home buyers and they came highly recommended by a co-worker. We had them out to do an initial inspection on our furnace. The technician was very friendly and explained everything to me. We wanted to get central air conditioning installed and had AC give us an estimate. They were very responsive during the entire process. Everyone with whom I spoke was very helpful. Once we decided to schedule the installation, the technicians were great. I was impressed that the technician who wrote the estimate was also the technician who installed the system so there were no surprises. This was not the case with the other companies that provided quotes. They were careful not to cause a mess in the house and the system worked perfectly this summer. I would highly recommend their services!

Technician came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and provided options for resolution. Tech also let m know what to expect in the future for the AC and Furnace in new home. They explained the various problems in this back room of my 91 year old home...it had never been insulated and there was no heat source. So, essentially, after taking everything down to the lath, the room was rebuilt with the proper insulation and baseboard heater. Since this was an insurance issue, I don't remember the cost but i have used AC Plumbing for many years and have always been happy with the results and confident that the work has been done properly and the charges are fair.

Here 2 hours or so later. Joined in the process by AC, Jr. They were clear about what they were doing, worked very efficiently and well, cleaned up, and carefully explained what they did and why. terrific experience. As noted above - went well and quickly once they were able to locate the appropriate line extensions.

The experience was very good. They responded to my phone calls. They gave me an approximate cost which was reasonable for everything I was having done, and they stuck to it. They put me in their schedule, and they were very clean and professional when they came. Everything was working just great when they left. I had some other quotes too.

Team: Solo guy, professional but in a slight hurry Work: Drain shoe was fixed properly but over-flow waste valve was not installed. Team thought it would be too tough to bust through wood etc. and they did not feel comfortable damaging house stuff. I think they just though it was too challenging and they could some something else to make it work, although this was not the most appropriate and quality way to perform the job. It appeared that the plumber was not interested in investigating all options for the proper repair. Price: Above avg based on other quotes. Advice: If you are concerned about some work the technician is doing (is it up to code, is he taking a shortcut, anything at all....) Feel free to stop the worker and ask to speak to his manager or to the main staff. Or get a second opinion even in the middle of the job if necessary. Always get more than one or 2 opinions, I recommend 3 at a minimum and 1 should be from a certified highly reviewed plumber.

We are extremely happy with them. They don't overshoot. They are responsive and nice. They are very informative and educate their customers. They have been really good to us. We have used them many times.

We discovered the leak late Thanksgiving evening. We called first thing in the morning, 7:45. When they answered they assured me they could have someone out that morning. Before 9 o'clock there was a technician on site. He found the problem quickly and repaired the pipe. It took a little time because the of location. I have not received a bill yet, so cannot comment on price, but the service was excellent.

There was some back and forth arriving on a date. I could be flexible, and there was some weather issues. But, once they were in everything went smoothly.
