I have been a Partnership+ customer for years. I was a bit disappointed they don't do well work. But they even steered me to a competitor (Kobella's) to help me out. NOW THAT'S GOOD PEOPLE !!! There are 3 things in life you need--a good Doctor-a good mechanic- a good HVAC Plumber (Smylie One has that covered). The Partnership+ membership is reasonable and well worth the investment...

Smylie one has been my HVAC service provider since Steve Smylie opened the doors. I have work order #1! Smylie One is fair, professional and does excellent work. I recommend them at every opportunity.

We rely on SmylieOne for our heating, cooling and plumbing needs. I am glad to be part of their service plan so I pay a lower price. I am grateful they send tuneup reminder emails in fall and spring to get us ready for winter and summer. The employees are all very polite and get it done right the first time. We never have to call back. Appointments are easy to make. There are always coupons available online. They call ahead so we know when they are on the way. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My first time using them for a plumbing issue and I was just as happy with them as I have been with my HVAC service calls. Carl and John (Carl's apprentice) came out and got my reverse osmosis unit back to normal. Carl took the time to walk me through every step of the troubleshooting process. Price was very reasonable. Both guys were personable and great to work with.

Professional + Explained what services were done

I'd heard about Smylie from a friend. They are amazing at customer service which can be such a rarity these days. The technician, Mikhail, was thorough. The last company I'd used for years was in and out in 15 minutes. Now I know why. They did nothing. Turns out my humidifier wasn't even running. It was clogged. Mikhail cleaned it and fixed it. And my thermostat that the other company had put in 3 different times was not running the furnace to its correct capacity. The company calls if the tech is running late. Again, total customer service. With service like this both before, during and after the visit, I'll be using them again!

Steve, arrived early and replaced our air filter. He identified a capacitor that was below spec but still working OK. He wore shoe covers and took about 45 minutes to complete the preventative inspection. I would definitely like to have Steve return if there was ever a problem with the HVAC.

I was very satisfied with the service performed by Andres and Dylan. They were prompt, came with shoe coverings to protect my carpeting, even went back to the shop to obtain a filter to fit my furnace (and brought me 2!) at no extra charge. I will use them in the future.
