Description of Work: Absolutely overpriced. Will never call them again. $411 to replace a $20 part in 5 minutes and then do a quick inspection of the system to kill some time (30 minutes on site overall) is not how you will get my business in the future.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. FROM THE MEETING TO GET AN ESTIMATE TO THE FINAL WALK-THROUGH. STEVE SMYLIE AND HIS ASSOCIATES WERE FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. WE WANTED TO MAXIMIZE THE SPACE IN THE ROOM AND THEY CAME UP WITH AN ARRANGEMENT FOR THE FURNACE THAT KEPT THE INTRUSION SMALL, BUT STAYED WITHIN OUR BUDGET. WE'RE ALSO VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT, WHICH HAS PERFORMED AS PROMISED. IN SHORT, WE WOULD FULLY RECOMMEND SMYLIE ONE WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS.
