Everything was top notch. Workmanship, knowledgeable service technicians, support network behind the tech's. Their system engineering is on another level, and so much higher, than our previous HVAC contractor (G). Smylie One fixed a number of design mistakes our previous company made. So glad we found them.

Smylie One did a clean and check on my air conditioning unit today. I received a text message 30 minutes before they said they would arrive and they were right on time. The technician was very thorough and polite. I am ready for summer now.

Hello - I use Smylie One in Spring and Fall for maintenance of cooling and heating - as I have for years! They are very reliable, keep appointments, and my service tech Nick E. was efficient and tidy. Their A/C tune-up price has increased slightly this year, but the competition seems to have done the same, and it's worth knowing that all is well for the HOT summer coming.

Most recently we hired them to install a new water treatment system (we have a water well). Their representative (Dwight) was terrific to work with. We asked him a lot of questions and he answered them all clearly and succinctly. The work was done promptly and the system is working great. Dwight even told us how to order replacement filters online at a fraction of the cost of having Smylie One install them in the future. How many contractors would do that? Amazing. Andres was great! I do alot of my own repair work and had already done some troubleshooting on the system. He listened to everything that I had done and then he recharged the system and explained everything to me and what to expect. I'm always happy having Smylie One come out and do my air conditioning work!

They did a great job with the installation of a new furnace, humidifier & I-wave for us. They called the day before to confirm our appointment for the installation & they arrived the next day at the set time. The installation was done quickly & efficiently & the team cleaned up the area after completing the job. The young men who did the installation were pleasant, and respectful & answered our questions.

I've been with Smylie One for years. They check my AC in the spring and my furnace in the fall. Dylan does a great job. Also, I highly recommend getting their service agreement so that if you have an emergency, you get preferential service!

It was fine. Dylan was very informative and professional. Wish he could've ordered the correct filter for my HVAC unit instead of telling me what filter he thought would be the correct one. I'm fine with that. Overall, Dylan was very helpful.
