Once again, Smylie Heating and Cooling provided top notch service. I am thankful they were able to send a technician to my home within an hour of my calling with a furnace not working issue. I am very satisfied with not just the service I received but with the operation of the entire organization.

This is my third experience working with Smylie One, and the first time at a new-to-me (but VERY old) house that needed a replacement furnace and A/C system installed - a big job! From the quoting process, to cleaning up after install, to the fine details of walking me through how to change the filters on the new furnace, every person I came into contact with was responsive, professional, and friendly. My dogs liked them, and they're the best judge of character out there! The completed work was thorough and detail-oriented, and I feel that I received excellent products, installation and service for a very fair price. I would not hesistate to recommend Smylie One to anyone for their HVAC needs!

Steve came out and engineered a total replacement system for our 23 year old home. We discussed my concerns and issues with the old system. He came up with a very reasonable price for a better than baseline system as we plan on staying and wanted to also add value and comfort to our home. When it came time for installation we knew it would be two days for the full system. Cody and Demetrius showed up right on time in full protective gear and uniforms. Were very polite and professional. They went straight to work being very respectful of our home. By the end of day one they made sure we had a fully operational system and said day two would be for adjustments and fine tuning. They were done by mid afternoon on day two exactly as promised. It's only been a few days but we can already feel the difference in comfort level and can tell that choosing Smylie One was the best way to go!

I waited too long into the season to turn on my gas boiler to find out it wasn't working and my house was <40 degrees during the day. I found this company thanks to people recommending them on Facebook and they came out to my house extremely quickly during such a busy season. Bill was able to quickly diagnose what the issue was, fix the gas boiler and multiple radiators while also teaching me how to bleed them on my own when air gets stuck in them. Bill and the office team were always extremely professional while providing amazing service at a great price for the area. I'll be using them yearly for my maintenance check ups and any future repairs or upgrades to the system.

Their Technician, Dave, was simply fantastic - he was empathetic and creative with finding a way to keep our heat running over the weekend with a shot draft inducer. Unfortunately, he didn't have the replacement part on hand during the initial response on Friday night, but Dave refused to leave until the furnace was functioning albeit on a temporary basis. His creativity kept our home warm throughout the first cold weekend of the winter. I was most impressed with how Dave and the office followed up throughout the weekend to ensure we were in a good place while waiting for the new part and repairs on Monday morning.... Dave is as good as it gets! There is no doubt it would be tough for anyone to maintain this standard, but I am optimistic about Smylie One!

I called Tuesday morning requesting service due to a plumbing leak. They arrived that afternoon and fixed it within an hour. They explained what the problem was and gave me an estimate before starting the work. They were professional and very efficient.

Victor explained how it would get repaired and what the cost would be. In a half hour, work was completed and was exceptional work.

The plumber was knowledgeable, honest, and extremely helpful! He will be returning to complete further work. He offered and was able to secure a warranted part from the manufacturer which I needed! This was extremely helpful to me! I recommend Smylie One highly!

Jim and Steve were the installers for our job. We had an existing furnace removed and an new furnace and AC installed. These guys did a fantastic job. They arrived in the agreed upon time window, spent time to plan the install with me, and got to it. This was a scheduled 2 day job. They had the entirety of the old system removed and all the components of the new system set the first day. The second day they tied it all together. I was impressed with the attention to detail paid by both of them. They did a lot of little things most people wouldn't pay much attention to, but as someone with formal training in mechanical design, impressed me. As they were literally walking out the door after finishing, they noticed a very small drip from a drain line. Most people would have just smeared some sealer on the outside of the line and been done with it. They guys got all their kit back out of their trucks and removed and replaced the affected section of line. Both guys had plans that afternoon that they were looking forward to, they easily could have said "screw it" and moved on. It was 1530 on a Friday. Most importantly they were nice to my dog. Lastly, the company offered 0% financing for 36 months that made this entire project even possible financially. Overall PRICE was inline with other quotes we had received. The VALUE was in the paragraphs above. The ability to spread that over 3 years was icing on the cake.
