I didn’t have a key to the back door of my dental office. Jim came over fast and changed the back door lock so my front door key would work on the back door too! So awesome and fewer keys to carry. Absolutely professional and reasonably priced for the amazing service. I saved their number and strongly recommend them!

At a most inopportune time, front door latch broke. Sent email service request to Jim Lang at 7:00 am and received response shortly thereafter. Jim promised to stop by to assess problem and provide repair by 9:30 am. He performed exactly as promised and charged, what I believed was a fair price, for a rush job. His quick repair allowed me to update flight plans and make a family wedding. I was very pleased with outcome and appreciative of service rendered by Jim Lang.

"Thanks for the review. This customer had two of the six locks that were high security locks, which is very rare on a residential location. It was a propriatory keyway (only one locksmith could make the key). So the customer took those locks to that other locksmith to have them rekeyed and we took them off and back on the doors."

Called Jim Thursday morning and he came out that same afternoon. He changed both locks and was both very friendly and informative. He had a bit of trouble with the front door deadbolt lock but it seemed to work. Shortly after he left, I tried to lock the front door from the outside but was unable to get the deadbolt to hold in the locked position. I called Jim and he said he had an idea what the problem was but would need to see if he had the correct part for such an old lock. He called the next morning and we scheduled Saturday morning for a return visit. Jim arrived exactly on-time and was able to quickly fix the lock. He did not charge me for the return visit or the part. I would rate his service as exceptional!

"A part of this lock was broken and when I removed it from the door, it came apart. I tried to repair the part, but needed to replace the piece or replaced the lock. I knew I had the part at my shop, so I came back with the part to repair the lock."

Jim was very pleasant, punctual and professional. He called to confirm the morning of and gave me expected ETA. He also found my home with no problem. He worked quietly letting me know status at points in time. He was also very efficient. I had 4 locks rekeyed and he was done in a little over an hour. I would use Jim in the future.
