My call was returned immediately. Their initial response was professional and prompt. A date was set up for an estimate and Jason arrived as promised. His attitude was Very professional and he seemed genuine when sharing his ideas as we walked around the project. This company seemed established and very focused on customer care.

I've called Killeen several times. I've always been able to schedule at a time that is convenient for me. They're prompt and professional. This last time they were out I had a long list of repairs to be made and they completed all of them within a few hours and didn't leave a mess behind.
The price seemed a little high, but I anticipated that when calling them this second time and was willing to pay a little more for reliability and professionalism. I will definitely contact them again.

He did a great job. Came same day we called. Cleared the drain in no time then checked for leaks under the sink. Found one and rebuilt the plumbing including putting in a sink basin drain. All in just over an hours time.

Was having the hardwood floor repaired in my new home in the kitchen from what we thought was old damage from past water damage. A current, slow leak was discovered behind the refrigerator that had to be repaired immediately before the flooring guys could continue their work. I called Killeen at 3PM and they had me scheduled for first thing the next morning! Nate arrived promptly the next morning, put shoe protectors on to respect my home, and got to work. He explained everything in a way I could understand, worked well with the building management, and coordinated a water shutoff with the building maintenance team. He fixed the leak and even fixed a loose knob on the bathtub! He was done in an hour and a half, and done before the flooring guys returned to continue their repairs.
The timing, price, and professionalism was all perfect - I will definitely use Killeen Plumbing again!

The job was done correctly and quickly. All clean up done after visit. My only issue was that the estimate was lower than what I ended up having to pay which is always disappointing. They responded quickly to my question on this, and said that the estimate did not include all the parts that they needed to do the job.
Overall I think they are a great company and would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.
The 2 young men that did the job were terrific.

Killeen Plumbing sent two plumbers, Tom and Pat, to our home to "snake" out a kitchen drain. They were prompt and courteous, and put protective covers over their shoes when in my home. They ran the "snake" out 40' or so two times and verified that the slow-draining problem was solved.
During the initial call, when I set up the appointment, the person on the telephone reminded me of an Angie's List coupon, which saved me 10%.

They called before they came and arrived when promised.
The technician was very efficient and considerate.
He even wore shoe covers to protect my floors.
I showed him the work that had to be done and he
went right to work.
He shut off the main water supply, removed the old toilet,
installed the new shut off valve and turned the water back on.
Then he installed the new toilet .
From start to finish it took a little over an hour.
I was impressed with the work that was done and the manner
in which the technician did the job.
When he left, there was no mess to clean, he did it all.
This is the only plumber I will call in the future and I found them on Angie's List.

The appointment went very well. Randy came within the allotted time that was specified. He put a camera down the sanitary & storm sewer piping to make sure there were no blockages, etc. I told him that I was a first-time homeowner and was looking for this inspection just to make sure that I was clear underground on this slab home. He was very knowledgeable, and was willing to go out of his way to give me helpful advice in other areas as well of the house as well. I was very satisfied with his service, and would definitely consider using Killeen Plumbing again.

The old water heater was still under warranty. They took the old one to Home Depot and swapped it out for the new water heater and installed it. They also patched the concrete in the basement where the heater sits.

Representative on the phone was kind and personable, an appointment was scheduled for the next day, they phoned that day to inform me that Randy was on his way, Randy was punctual, polite, professional, personable, and even offered tips for non-plumbing related issues we were dealing with. Randy explained his initial suspicions as well as his findings, got the jobs done in a timely manner, and was just as personable as could be. Will definitely be using Killeen again.

Corey was very professional and took care of the issue in about 15 minutes. I asked him to take a look at an outside spigot that had been capped for years. He found the shut off, installed a faucet and now we finally have a water connection on the outside of the house again. All of this was accomplished in a little over an hour. I will definitely call them again.
