"First time out found bad evap fan motor and ports for air circulation from freezer to refrigerator area blocked due to ice because defrost drain was blocked thawed it out and made sure defrost was draining ordered evap motor and received the wrong one went back to residents took a pic of old part and drain was blocked again poured hot water down it and it opened up. The reordered part went back to residents installed new part worked fine though defrost drain was blocked again opened it up again made sure it was draining. Def drain keeps freezing over something in it blocking it cannot remove it after multiple tries possible plastic blockage."

"We were told that water was leaking from refrigerator onto floor, checked and water valve for ice maker was leaking. When we told them, they stated that icemaker was making ice at that time. Replaced water valve and tested it before I left residents it tested good, talk to them 9/10/20. Went back out and checked water valve again, and it tested good again. 66 miles of travel time to do so. Ice maker had quit working."
