Mr. Linger was very professional on the phone and in person. He walked around my property with me writing down what I wanted done. He gave me the estimate and told me to call if I decided to go with his company. I had four other estimates and he had the best price. Calling to schedule was easy, he had a ticket number on the estimate sheet and I just gave that number when I called. The crew was very professional and did an awesome job, exactly what I wanted. They did a great job cleaning up and making the payment was easy. I will definitely use this company again!

We had Linger's cut about a dozen trees around our home. They were quick, efficient, and professional. The company is a great one to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Mr. Lingers workers did a great job taking down the trees, and were attentive to my neighbors' property and a rose bush I have in the back. They had to return to get a truck small enough to fit between my and my neighbors houses in order to grind the stumps. This did not bother me at all, but they were supposed to come the following day at 9am and didn't call to let me know that they weren't able to make it out until about 10:30am. The truck they wanted to use wouldn't start. They said they would be back during the week once the truck got fixed. I was expecting a phone call telling me when they would be out to finish the job, but I just came home to a surprise mess of ground stumps. My only issues were the late call and lack of call. I would use Linger's Lumbjacks again.

They were very quick. The price is good. They were here before I expect them.

There were five guys who worked very hard. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves as they went.

They showed up on time - had a crew of 5 or 6 guys, and were done in three hours. Nelson Linger came out on 2/26 to give me an estimate of $1500; he honored the Angie List 10% coupon even though he didn't realize it was still posted. He managed to secure a crane just four days later and corrected what was becoming a dangerous situation. I was impressed with the crew's commitment to safety. I will use them again to remove several other trees that are causing me angst.

No negative statements to make. They do good work, within the quoted price. They show up on schedule, get the work done and get out. Simple as that.

I called Linger Lumberjacks on a Friday afternoon and Nelson Linger stopped by the next day (Saturday) to provide and estimate. After approving the estimate, they arrived the following Tuesday and removed the trees in question. I then received a call with phone call letting me know the job was done, thanking me for my business and providing me the final invoice total. Quick. Easy.

I have used Linger's in the past and as in the past, they performed to the highest standard for this job as well. I called Lingers mid morning on Friday September 7, 2012, after hearing a large cracking noise the night before and noticing a a huge split in the V of the large old cherry tree in my back yard. If this tree were to fall, it would crash into my home's back bedrooms. This tree was in excess of four feet diameter at the base and was at least 100 feet high and over 60 years old. Taking down the weakened tree became imperative for me because I was concerned it could potentially come down given a a forecast of multiple thunderstorms for that evening and the next day. Wild black cherry trees, although a beautiful native tree, are know for their weak wood in storms and readily come down in high winds. I called Linger and Nelson Linger was there within the hour to size up the job. Regretably we both agreed the entire tree needed to come down in the best interest of my home and the neighbor's play set next door. His price was very fair and knowing I was not able to spend substantial dollars, worked with me to provide the best possible price for what I needed done. I also asked to have two other large wild cherry trees in the same vicinity taken down since these were dead or dying. These trees were at least 2 1/2 feet in diameter and if they were to fall, would have crashed on parked vehicles in the back of my house. Not only did Linger's work me into their schedule on the same day, but arranged to have a bucket truck and crane brought in to help with the work. Yes, a crane and it was needed. The crew that was sent out was extremely professional. I never heard any cursing and the foreman and tree climber kept me informed and did an extraordinary job. I have never seen individuals operate such large equipment in such tight quarters with such ease and damage nothing while bringing down this huge tree. It may sound funny, but it was like watching a choreographed production. Each worker knew his function. And the crane... it was huge and came from Medina Crane, but made it easier to take down the trees. Not only did Linger stick to his estimate, his workers worked right up through the rain. To their credit, they are very safety conscious and suspended cutting and climbing at the first sign of the approaching thunderstorm. After it passed, they resumed and in the course of 4 hours completed the job. Yes, four hours. It takes a well run, professional, and experienced company to do what Linger's did in the short notice. I called Mr Linger and he was quick to come out for the initial quote. The very next week his team was out and removed 12 trees. We have used Linger's Lumberjacks in the past at a prior home. Both times we have been pleased with the work!

Nelson came to my house to quote the job on the same day I called him. After a walk through I was provided a written quote for the job. Lingers was able to schedule my work to be finished in a timely manner. The crew arrived right on time, on the day they said they would be there. The team worked so well together, they made the work look effortless--and we all know its not!! One of the trees was sitting in the middle of a flower bed, and they managed to remove the tree without damaging one flower! The work was completed in less then 5 hours to my complete satisfaction. To top it all off I was able to use a coupon that Lingers had posted on Angies List!If I ever need to have more tree work Lingers will be my first call.

Called Nelson Linger on a Saturday. He came out the same day to give me an estimate. Within a week the work was done and I couldn't be happier. I didn't notice the trees had been trimmed at first because there was no sign of work having been done. Then I realized that the branches that had been up against my house were gone. He recommended a landscaping company for some other work I want to have done. I will definitely give them a call.

Finally, last month I decided to look for recommended companies on Angie's List.Called Nelson Linger who came right out and gave me a fair estimate.One of the things I liked about Nelson was he stayed in touch. Gave me a heads up it would probably be this week and then this morning gave me a callto say they were on the way.Four of the hardest working guys that I've seen in a long time showed up and worked their tails off.Did an unbelievable job getting the tree down in a tight spot.No trucks in the backyard and they cleaned up as they went.I can't say enough about the job they did. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

The owner, Nelson Linger, came out and gave me an estimate and an approx. date when his crew would be able to do the work. I called him back about week later and asked if he could nail down the date a little better because I got a call from the garden center that I was hiring to plant more trees, bushes and ground cover were the dead trees are that need removed. The garden center wanted to come out and plant as soon as possible because it was a slow time at the moment and they wanted to get the job done before things got busy. Linger's was actually able to fit me in early so the garden center could do there plantings. I had another estimate on this job and it was $600.00 dollars more, so I was very pleased with the price. A crew of four men showed up in the morning and got to work. No bucket truck was used because of the close confines of other trees in the area., so they had to climb. The job took about four hours and the crew was very professional and courteous. I have nothing but good things to say about the men and the job they did. I have had other tree services do work for me in the past and Linger's is the best in my opinion.

I thought they were fabulous. They were prompt and courteous. They asked a lot of questions on what needed to be done. They were very considerate with the clean up. I felt they just did a fabulous job. I thought that the price was good. They were just fabulous.

They had much to trim but it only took them a few hours. They cleaned up immaculately. I was extremely satisfied and would use them again. My other next door neighbor, who have an extensive amount of trees on their property, used them after they saw how the work was performed in my yard. I watched them do that work (many of their branches extended over my garage), and once again they did excellent and thorough work.

We requested a Monday appointment. The crew of six arrived exactly when they were scheduled. Within a couple hours the trees were gone and the site cleaned - all brush taken, firewood left. I will be using this company in the future, as there is another tree to take down in the spring.

I was out of town when they removed the tree. When I came home, there was virtually no sign they''d been here, except the trees were gone. No leaves, branches, etc.The owner called and left a message with the total bill (added some sales tax), and to follow up to make sure I was satisfied. I was. Fully.

They were nice. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves; they didn?t leave any debris behind. They did a really good job and their prices were great. They were very, very good.

We joined forces with our neighbors, who had 3 huge and hard to get to trees removed. They began the job, which needed a giant crane, around 6:00 pm and were still working in the dark after 9:00 pm. They had to come back several days later to finish the work. It was pretty fascinating to watch, the guys worked very hard and were quite a team.

They had all the equipment they needed. They were very neat and they cleaned all the tree and branches up. I would recommend them and use them again.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE DONE IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS. THEY CLEANED UP ALL DIRT AND DEBRIS AFTER THE REMOVAL OF THE SHRUBS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WE WILL BE USING THEIR SERVICES AND TO TAKE DOWN TWO LARGE TREES.
