I have used this vendor almost exclusively for many years. I brought my 1994 Pontiac Gran Am, 4 cylinder, 5 speed, to them because I couldn't get the vehicle into either first or second gear. They inspected, road tested and physically examined the clutch and shifter linkage and suggested a local transmission shop as they do not service transmissions. The local shop doesn't service manual shift transmissions. I was not charged for their efforts to determine the cause of the transmission problem. I trust Joe and Jeff Miller implicitly with all my vehicles. They won't sell you parts or service that are not necessary. Highly recommend to everyone.
