Quick response and fixed within a couple of hours.

The work was a broken pipe from the toilet and the service was very good.  The plumber that did the work was very good.  The repair is very good.  everything about this repair was VERY GOOD A+++ When I need a plumber I will definitely call Leonard's Plumbing.

The installer was very good but was very crampy. They were responsive. They showed up on time.

They completed the work quickly. It took them about a week or so because they had to investigate the job. It wasn't straightforward., but they found the leak and they very good.

They came in on Wednesday...the day I called to make an appointment.  After checking the furnace, they pointed out some very serious problems....which they were able to fix.  After ordering the parts, our furnace is 30 years old, and replacing the old parts, our furnace is good to go...for, hopefully, another few years, at least!

They were great. Price was reasonable. We didn't have to deal with ins. Did a very good job of cleaning up. Would never hesitate to use them again.

It was an easy repair but they did a very good job. They have reasonable price and they responded promptly when I called. They did what they said they'd do. The waterline didn't leak since so it sounds good.

They were a little late because they couldn't locate the home but once they did, he was fast and efficient with the repairs. He also cleaned up afterwards which I greatly appreciated.

They were quick in fixing the repair and ran new copper pipes inside the home instead of out. Cleaned up great.

I contacted Leonard's Plumbing at 10:30pm - after finding a spray of water coming from the garage ceiling of my 72 year old house. I turned off the water at the main shut-off and left a message for the company explaining my concerns. At 8:00am the following morning I received a call from the office indicating that service repair would be at my home within 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Within the specified time Bob arrived and immediately found the breaks in my water lines at my front garage wall. Bob repaired the lines then found more line damage above in the attic of the garage. These were all repaired, lines were tested, insulation was replaced and the water was returned to service. The attic crawl space area is so small I wasn't sure that Bob could even work in the area -- but he was able to find the issues and accomplish the job.

Work completed in a timely manner and left the work areas spotless !

Laurie (admin/dispatch) was able to send John (owner/ plumber) out that same afternoon. I has misdiagnosed it as a pipe under the floor, but he detected the pinhole size leak. John repaired it on that same visit quickly and cleanly. I appreciate their prompt reply and service. I was about 10 minutes late arriving to my house for the appointed time. John called after about 5 minutes and graciously waited in my driveway.

The job overall was a pleasant and stress free experience for me.

Excellent job completed without any additional unexpected costs.

I've used them for a long time. They do quality work.

Over all its been really great. I can't complain. They came out as soon as they could.
