Requested a quote through Angie's list. They were the first and only company that I requested a quote from. Over one week after requesting a quote, the company still hadn't contacted me at all. I went back to Angie's list and requested quotes from two other companies this time. Both companies contacted me the same day as the quote request.

This company was acquired by Ehrlich. We were customers of Hoban for over 20 years. Since the acquisition, the customer service is terrible. They failed to show for the last scheduled appointment and despite hours of trying to reach them, they do not answer the phone. Time to find a new service provider. Sad they took an excellent local company and made a disaster of it.

It took two treatment to get rid of the pests but they are gone now. We purchased the maintenance agreement as we know the bees will return in the spring and the ants may migrate back into the house after the summer ends.

On 5/7/18 Rick came out & dusted cracks & crevices on interior & treated full exterior & perimeter for carpenter ants. Within next 2 weeks more ants were spotted. Rick returned 5/22/18 & treated exterior perimeter and spot-treated inside of house. Placed bait along foundation perimeter. No evidence of ants since.

Kyle came out and identified the entry point for the mice by doing a very thorough inspection of the exterior of the house and then setting a number of traps in the basement, garage and attic to catch any remaining critters in the house. He also caulked areas that he thought could be problematic and possible entry points. Came back a week later to retrieve traps. No issues since then...Kyle was professional, on time and his service was terrific!

Very well, I called the office & spoke with the receptionist, she was very polite and told me the technician who covered our area didn't have any openings left for that day but she would call and ask him when he could come out. She returned my call promptly and said the technician agreed to come out after his last appointment if we didn't mind him coming after hours. I was thrilled since my husband is allergic to bee stings. The technician, Kyle came out, was very polite, explained what he was doing, and did a very thorough job. He was a delight to deal with. Would call again!

We suspected we had an ant nest where we were having some new construction done. Bill was timely and patient. He treated the nest and waited to make sure he was happy with the results. He also inspected some other areas just to be sure there weren't other issues. We would highly recommend them.

The people who helped set up the appointment on the phone and technicians who visited are all incredibly friendly, helpful and understanding. Hoban went out of its way to make sure the job was completed and expectations were met. I can't recommend Hoban enough.
