I filed a complaint with the BBB. The BBB got a response from Kowalski Ford and forwarded it to me. By the 2nd sentence of their response they were already lying by saying I brought up the additional warranty, I did not but they brought it up. They said they gave me some services for free but I actually paid for them. They told me these services would be good at other locations but were only good at their location. The BBB gave me 7 days to get back to them but the company had unlimited time. If you deal with Kowalski you’ll be lied to and taken advantage of.
They used to have a different name before. We have taken our car there three times in the last month. They are still having difficulties in diagnosing the electronic problem. They have asked me to keep driving it. They can?t get a firm code and no one seems to be able to get a firm code. So, we are continuing to drive it to see if the car makes a mistake. The car drives okay, but it keeps giving us this light that sends out a code and we don?t know why. It is something to do with the transmission or the electronics for the transmission, but we are not certain. We would take it back to them for having it checked if it continues to do it. They aren?t charging us for checking it since they want to find the code. It is an unusual situation. They have done everything they can do to try to resolve the problem.
