I was extremely pleased with the service and quality of work I received when Victor's Roofing put a brand new roof on my house.  I highly recommend them if you are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and reputable company to perform the service.
I screened a number of contractors and, while a few of them did well, I was most impressed with the pre-sales / estimation process that Chad conducted.  He spent what I thought was adequate time to thoroughly inspect the current state of my roof, taking several pictures so he could show me.  He was the only one who asked to see my attic so he could assess the condition of the wood.  We spent a good amount of time talking through what I needed and what the process involved; this made the company stand out because the other guys wanted to spend most of the time talking to me about shingle colors.
He provided me with three different quotes based on the materials I wanted to go with.  All of the quotes were aligned with market price, and the option I ended up going with was more affordable than a few other companies from a comparison perspective.  After reviewing the quotes, I decided to give Victor's a shot.  I called them back to confirm, Chad came back out, and that's when I picked the shingles and we discussed details of the appointment.  I was pleased to see that he didn't try to sell one brand of shingle over another but, rather, offered up recommendations when I asked.  No hard sell on anything.
They were able to pull ahead the job for me, which was nice.  I was originally looking at an appointment three weeks out, and it ended up only being two - and that's during the busy month of October.  They were accommodating and gave me plenty of notification of the date change.  They showed up on time the day of and were very efficient and thorough in getting the job done.  I have a 1,000 square foot, starter-home style ranch and it only took half a day.  They discovered that my kitchen fan vent wasn't opening up when they worked on that portion of the roof and were able to fix it for me.  When they got the work done, the roof looked fantastic.  They did as best of a job of cleaning up the area as they could, recognizing it was a windy day and that made it challenging alone.
After the work was completed, Chad followed up with me to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction, and when I inquired as to feedback from the city inspection, he followed up to confirm the date they would be by and then forwarded me the approval email for my records.  I've had no issues at all with the roof and am relieved I won't have to go another winter with a roof that was in bad shape.
All in all, a very positive and refreshing experience.  They're clearly a company that takes the quality of their work and customer relationships seriously.  It shows.  I'd hire them again.

Upon our request, Bill Smith from Victors Roofing came to our house to give us an estimate for roof replacement. He was completely punctual, polite, professional and friendly. He went on the roof and investigate all area then gave us a comprehensive consultation and time and cost estimate for different options of doing the job. He was very professional and honest and told us that our roof doesn't need the full replacement at this year. He even suggested to come back next year and provide another free estimate and see if it is the time for replacement or not. We are very satisfied with his consultation and although we decided to postpone roof replacement to another year but we definitely will do business with this honest and knowledgeable person and our choice for doing the job in future is Victors Roofing. The fact that he spent a good amount of time for investigation, listened to our needs and gave us very clear, honest and professional consultation is really valuable for us. Now I believe that when they are looking at a job, they truly consider and respect customer's needs and rights.
He was very well equipped and was using digital documentation software to record notes, dimensions and pictures in their archive. In the end, he provided us a binder of documents that showed details of their working process and specifications of materials. He also gave us a copy of their licence, insurance and guarantee documents. I highly recommend working with this company and this respectable and professional man.

Victor was FANTASTIC! 

Two trees fell on a two unit Condominium Complex Building.  I called Victor on Aug 21st at 8:30 am in the morning, we had two large trees come down on our Building the night before.  Victor was there by 11am, that's right 2.5 hrs,  the same morning to do a temporary fix to avoid any interior water damage.  Victor helped tremendously with our insurance claim by meeting the adjustor for both onsite and phone evaluation appointments.  Once the Insurance Claim was finalized and he got the go ahead, Victors crew of about 14 came out and did the job.  They were remarkable, from there early morning arrival to the completion.  Co Owners were amazed, how quickly they got the job done!  The crew were respectful, professional, and a pleasure to work with and the workmanship was rated a 10 plus.  This crew cleaned EVERYTHING up before leaving the premises, there were no nails/boards/shingle remnants  to be found. 

Not only will I recommend Victors Roofing- The other Co-Owners told me they will be doing the same.

with that being said.....Victors Roofing without hesitation will be called again (we have 19 more buildings to go within the next 10 years).

I had Victor's Roofing out for $199 roof inspection and was quite pleased. Chad arrived and did a thorough inspection of the roof and re-caulked where necessary. Chad was very professional and gave an honest assesment of the condition and remaining life of our roof. He took some photos along the way. I would definitely recommend Victor's Roofing if you're looking for a roof inspection, repair or new roof.

Great from start to finish.
Customer service personnel was friendly, helpful, and listened to our concerns. They did a reminder call, and when Victor came out he was early, courteous, listened to our concerns, and came back reporting that he addressed the areas of concern on the roof.
We have not had a leak since he fixed it.
He also gave us a quote for a new roof and the age/life of the roof that was in line with what we knew from our house inspection before buying the house about a year ago.
He gave us a packet of their roofing services, didn't try to sell us or talk us into anything--just encouraged us to look at it, and the offering his company had in this arena. 
He took pictures of the work before and after, and he should me the before and after photos and the work he did using his Ipad, 
He said, he would email me a copy of the photos and he did. He also sent us a gift certificate to Tim Hortons, which I felt pleased to receive. 
I would definitely use them again, and the company met my needs for value and trust and consideration for meeting us where we were at in terms of the problem we were having, and not trying to sell us on something we didn't need or want at this point. I do most of the calling and contracting with businesses and am keenly aware of how many of them just try and sell their products without really listening, or use scare tactics, and false info to get you to buy. This was NOT my experience with Victor Roofing.

My only regret is the delay in responding--kept meaning to respond sooner, just got caught up with other stuff!

I had gotten a quote from someone else before I called Victor's.  Victor's was much lower than the previous and around the price I expected to pay.  Chad was on time and did a very thorough inspection of the roof before giving me a quote, which was unlike the first company I had a quote from. He gave me 3 different roof choices with 3 different prices.  There was absolutely no pressure to choose a certain one or even to purchase one at all.  We decided to go with Victor's because they seemed honest and very knowledgeable.  They scheduled the job within 2 weeks.  They were early to start and had a huge crew.  They got the job done quickly and our new roof looks and performs great.  They cleaned up nicely around the house too. There wasn't any junk lying around or nails everywhere.  Chad even called a few days after for a follow-up on how the job went.  All in all, the process went smoothly and I would use them again and refer them to anyone.

Victors roofing company arrived 15 minutes before schedule.  The foreman was very professional and the team worked hard and finished our new roof in 6 hours.

Very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Victors Roofing to anyone who asks.

The job was done in a timely and very professional manner. I couldn't ask for anyone better than Victor and his family and crew to do my roof. We had several bids before deciding, and Victor's Roofing far exceeded everyone in estimates of time and cost and also in professionalism. The quality also surpassed all other bidders' materials. If you want a roof done you should call Victor.

Victor initially came out for the quote.  I had other contractors come out and one fail doing the job.  He is a class act and very professional.  They came out to replace the roof earlier then expected.  Updated me what was going on the entire time and even sent me a gift card for a free coffee.  The work they did was amazing and you wouldn't even know they were there, they cleaned up so well.  I would highly recommend using them and would use them again for any service they provide.

Inspection was thorough with photos and explanation of condition in all areas.

I Victor's Roofing and Victor in particular provided the best service and most professionalism of any company I have ever dealt with. I was going through a difficult period and Victor was very patient with me throughout the entire process. It took almost a year for me to make up my mind from all the quotes i had received.  Victor kept his quote intact during that entire period. He was the only company who went into my attic to check on leaks.  I would hire him again in an instant.  He did the entire job in a day while my family was out of town.  When we returned we didn't find any scraps of the roof or any debri anywhere on our lot. I would recommend Victor's Roofing to anyone.

Chad arrived on-time and conducted a very thorough inspection of our roof -- from the exterior and through attic --, photographing areas of concern, and re-caulking where required. He also spent a considerable amount of time walking me through what he had done and what he'd recommend doing (luckily, our roof is in good shape so I won't have to replace for a few more years.)
