Mark did a great job and now our gutter and downspout works again and is protected from fill up with leaves and debris.

James and Mark did an excellent job. They were very professional and polite. They cleaned up after they were finished and preformed great workmanship. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for this service.

James and Mark did an excellent job installing gutters, downspouts, and leaf guard screens. They explained and showed me the quality of the products before proceeding which gave me confidence that a good decision had been made. The install went smoothly and they cleaned up all debris. In short a top notch job by top notch craftsmen.

Initial installation was good but there was an existing problem with water running down roof valley and flying off the house not making the turn to get to the downspout. Problem is not solved and now has cracked the sandstone foundation. SAM DOES NOT RESPOND to CALLS OR TEXTS OR BACK UP HIS WORK. I would not hire.

We could not be more pleased with Bob quoting the job to the finish installation by James and Mark. Bob came and not only quoted the work to be done, but showed us the materials that would be used on our brick ranch. We were impressed with his professioalism and friendliness. The day of installation, the installers James and Mark were so accommodating and all our questions were answered . When I requested to climb the ladder to view the work, James held the ladder and made sure I safely glanced at the work and materials. James also reviewed the work while I was on the lader. Also the timeliness from arrival to completing the job left me feeling confident and pleased with our choice. And also important, they cleaned up after themselves.

Accepted a written proposal on July 20th. The work was to begin within 3 to 4 weeks. On August 30th (6 weeks) I called and left a message. Call was returned on September 2nd and Rob stated their gutter machine was out of service for 2 weeks, there was bad weather, and something else I don't remember, which contributed to the delay. He said he'd check the schedule and call me back. He didn't call, instead he sent a text saying they were coming on Thursday September 7th. I texted back that the work needed to be done on a Tuesday or Wednesday so I could be present - this was discussed and agreed to when we accepted the proposal. I texted him to please call me back and he sent a text saying "can't talk now." Two days later he left a message that they were coming on Wednesday, September 13th. Around noon on the 13th I called several times, could not leave a message, but finally got a call back. Rob told me "I'm sorry I made a terrible mistake." I was not in the mood to listen to any more excuses. I interrupted his excuse story. I told Rob that he was fired and also said that if he showed up on my property I'd have him arrested for trespass. He sent text messages saying "I don't like being threatened," "I don't like being treated like a child," and another which I deleted before reading. For the record - I didn't make any threats or use any profanity. After 55 days on non-performance Rob was advised that he was fired and advised that if he came onto my property I would call the sheriff and request that he be arrested for trespass. Summary: Reasonably priced quote, terrible lack of communication and work never accomplished.

Went great, left VM and received a late text response back saying they would f/u asap - and they actually did! Price was fair and service was completed, was able to perform the work within a week of calling.

Mr. Fontana really impressed me. He was supposed to check out my issue last Saturday but ran into a family emergency. Despite this, he still came Saturday evening to check things out! He spent a good amount of time chatting with me, provided a suggestion at a fair cost, and also offered some thoughts about how to address some non-gutter issues I've been having. Definitely recommend!

Job was completed in less than a day. All old material was removed from the site. Looks great functions well. The installer was friendly and professional and explained how the job would be completed, answered all my questions, and checked to make sure I was satisfied before leaving the site.

Workers who installed gutter and gutter guards were professional. They arrived on time, cleaned up after and were friendly. Rob repaired the soffit and did a great job. The repair blends in with the surrounding soffit so that you don't notice it.

I thought Sam provided a tremendous value. The gutters look great and will be having them do additional work in the future.

Excellent job. Corrected angles of drainage. I put off replacing my gutters for 15 years and had some bad estimates and follow-through previously, but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend.

Job went well - on time and everything was completed as promised

I tried and tried to get a hold of Sam, but could not get him to come out and give me an estimate on new gutters. I chose him because of great reviews on Angie's list, and I am extremely disappointed. We still don't have a gutter company to replace the gutters - discouraging.

I would strongly recommend this business to any one considering having gutter work done on their house. I had four quotes and Sam the Gutter Man came in about $400 less than the next lowest quote. They did excellent work, it only took one day, and the new gutters look great! On top of that, the workers touched up some paint that had chipped off in high, hard to reach areas on the second floor for no additional cost. That shows that they go above and beyond the normal scope of the contracted work. If you are looking for gutters, this should be your first call!

It worked out good. I remember he was pretty easy to work with. They did take some time but I know that line of work, they kind of depend on the weather and everything else around here. He was easy to contact and kept in contact. He gave me a range initially and we spoke later and firmed it up. He did a fine job I thought. I priced a bunch of people. I had one or two other people that were a little cheaper since I used the big deal, it wasn't a huge saving but it was fine.

I called the company, left a voice message and Robert (owner) returned my call within 24 hours. Robert came to my home several days later to give me an estimate of the job. Afterward, we spoke and he gave me a detailed description of what the job would involve. I agreed to go with his company (after some comparison shopping) and five days later the crew was at my home to do the work as promised. The workers were on time, courteous and worked diligently until the job was completed. They also made sure that there was no debris left on the property. I am very pleased with their performance, reasonable price and will recommend this company to others.

Big house - big job was done in one day. The workers cleaned up and did a very good job. Roof lines are straight and all is well. 14 roof sheets were removed and replaced due to rot, ice guard was installed as well as new flashing. The contractor worked with me to determine the kind of shingles I wanted and also suggested alternatives to asphalt shingles. I am very pleased. The contractor will install replacement gutters when/if the weather breaks.

The color match was perfect. The men who performed the service were mindful of the surrounding gardens. They were extremely courteous and professional. I will recommend Sam the Gutter Man to my friends and family. Well done!
