Falls Tree Experts is a fully equipped professional Tree Service located in Aurora Ohio. We maintain about 15 employees. We can assess your trees and develop a plan for tree preservation, repair or removal as needed. We are registered in all cities when required for permitted work as. We are a Certified Arborist Company and a member of the ISA and the Ohio Chapter of ISA For your convenience, We can leave you a no hassle itemized estimate at your home without the need for you to be there, most of the time. You can choose what you would like to have completed. We can also meet for an in person estimate as well if desired. We strive for our complete clean up after the work is through. We will provide free estimates and look for any other items that we would recommend as well for your consideration. We have our own equipment and crews to provide prompt professional service. The service was great. The guys showed up on time and immediately started taking trees down. They were very efficient. They made sure they were taking down the correct trees and even asked if we wanted others taken down that were dead. I would highly recommend their service and will definitely have them back if we have other needs.

It went well. Eric showed up within a day for the estimate. They commenced two days after I accepted the estimate. They have plenty of specialized equipment and people to get the job done quickly. Hydraulics is a wonderful thing. As someone who has cut wood....my back thanks you.

As I said above it really went poorly. The communication between the company and myself was poor at best. I initially left messages on Angie's list. No one got back to me that should have been my 1st clue. And when they did I reiterated what I wanna done. Including 1 tree that was attached to a set of lights I only wanted it to be topped and leave the tall trunk that was attached to a string of lights makos across my yard. That was taken down to the ground and lights are now laying across my patio. I sent an email last night with pictures of part of the damage that I had found last night. I still haven't heard anything my son went out and took other pictures today and there's even more damage and the trees are just a mess they're all over the the backyard woods. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Falls Tree Experts. They were professional having all the necessary equipment and the know-how to complete the job in one trip. We were amazed by how fast the crew worked, leaving our property neat and clean, and their price was very, very reasonable. We would definitely hire them again.

tree cutting good lawn was destroyed, when give estimate i asked if they would want to wait a period of time because the ground was soft, I was assure lawn would be protected with plywood. i arrived before they finished the job and found they had not, truck got stuck 3 times where it had sunk into the turf and slid back and forward getting out. i had to call to get them to come out and see the damage. the service men did not notify their company what the had did. they did end out a guy to fill in the ruts. and later to seed. shity job on both

They did not add new sol. They rototilled old soil which made the invasive plants even worse. When I contacted them, they were unresponsive and refused to make it right.

Due to a very bad winter storm, one of our many trees fell on the garage. Falls trees were very courteous, professional, timely and considerate throughout the whole ordeal. They took the time to examine all the tree near the garage and marked the trees that would potentially fall. They gave a fair estimate with no pressure to choose their company. I'm quite surprised that this company describes this project as completed. I purchased an Angie's List special deal in October, 2016 and it wasn't until December that they contacted me. They eventually came out to do the work in January, 2017, but it was only a partial job. They neglected to trim the tree hanging over the neighbor's property and neglected to remove a dead tree limb, along with creating some minor damage to my asphalt driveway. In March, they agreed to return to complete the job, and I connected them with my neighbor so they could gain permission to enter their property for better access. That was the last I heard from them. Nine months have gone by since my purchase of the special deal, and the work remains unfinished. They communicated fairly quickly every time I contacted them, but repeatedly neglected to follow through or to give me any kind of update or timeline for the work.

It was difficult to reach someone at first, but once I did they went to the property within 2 days and got an estimate. Then when I requested the service to be complete they were there 2 days later. The guys did great and the price was fair for the amount of work that was done.

Falls Tree Experts did a fantastic job. The stump grinding was taken care of quickly; and they did a beautiful job pruning a very large tree in our front yard. Any concerns that I had were responded to extremely quickly and with a genuine desire to make things right. I really appreciated their quick response and flexibility. I will definitely call them again!
