The technician who did the work called ahead and arrived on time. Listened to my explanation of the problem. Covered his shoes prior to entering the house. Examined the valve joint, tested the joint twice and explained what he was doing. I was very pleased with him and Mark when I talked to him. I would use M&M's service again.

Very responsive. Gave me reasonable options and fair pricing. Pleasant technicians. Seth, Martin and Betty all did a great job!

I am a school teacher and needed to have my kitchen sink and pipes replaced. I live in a 75 year old home that I love and after a complete renovation since 1950. M and M came out the next day after I called. Seth came and worked on my pipes but found they needed to be replaced. He tried multiple times to work with the old galvanized pipes. Today, Sunday, December 18, they came out to replace the pipes completely. This time, Martin and Esmerelda came out and explained everything in understandable language what they were going to do and why. As a customer, they put me at ease and answered all my questions. They also gave me a discount price for the clean out of the lower pipes. This company answered each of my calls right away without any wait time and Seth called me later that evening to make sure I had recieved the call for Sunday service. Also, Martin and Esmerelda stay after the job was finished to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE you will get with this company.

Professional and quick

Martin from M&M Plumbing was very professional during his time in our home. He gave us a quote for the work we needed done and a couple days later we selected them to run our gas line and hook up our fireplace. He came and completed the job as quoted (no extra hidden charges) in about 2 hours. I was very happy with the new gas line and he walked me thru using the gas fireplace. I would use their services again.

Just a Great Team: Mr. & Mrs. - very knowledgeable of issue of concern and very willing to work with customer on questions, like hot water heater, drains, etc.

Arrived on time. Needed a part not in their van and went out and got the part. Explained the details of the repairs and ideas of what changes to notice in future plumbing issues.

I had some floor tile that was curling up and I found some moisture in the underlayment and subfloor. M&M came out and determined that there was no leak, just possibly a humidity problem. The peace of mind from finding that out was worth paying them for their time, but he would accept no payment. I'll definitely keep them in mind for any future plumbing needs. Thanks Martin.
