When I first called to get an estimate, they told me about their company (family owned), the services they offered in addition to carpet cleaning - hole/tear repairs, etc. Scheduled within days, arrived on time and did a great job. They gave me a discount because the house was vacant and mailed the invoice to my home.

They do an excellent work and are quick and efficient. They are always punctual and call if can't make the appointment. We have recommended them to other people.

I have used Signature Carpet several other times and they are very good. They take the time to answer questions and offer quality service from the moment you call, to the moment they leave your house. They have always done a fabulous job. I would recommend them to anyone. I just thought they were a little bit pricey for a house that is only 1260 square feet. I did get other quotes and they were much higher. The reason I stuck with them was because they could come more promptly.

Moved into a foreclosed home that had really badly carpet stains of dubious nature. Rather than rip it all up and incur another immediate capital expense, we decided to see if they could be cleaned. The team at Signature was VERY responsive and flexible (scheduled and appointment within 1 day of request and upgraded service within hours of a request. The carpets look better than I could imagine and I am confident that have been sanitized so I can have my family live in this space now. Friendly, informative, professional. I will be calling the team at Signature again for any carpet cleaning needs. I cannot recommend them enough.

Adam has done work for us before on multiple occasions and always does a superb job. He is very professional and always inquires about possible stained areas so he can try and pre-treat the areas. Signature is Highly recommended.

I have used Signature Carpet Care before, and have always been happy with their service. Two days before having a large party at my house, my dog got "confused" as to where he was with a Christmas tree in the house and proceeded to relieve himself on it! I called Signature Carpet Care in a panic (Thursday evening) and told them what had happened and the timing of my party (Sat). Maria Cox, who schedules the appointments, informed me that they were actually overbooked for the next day, but said she would try and think of something and call me back. She called back a little while later and told me that she would actually come out herself the next day and take care of my problem, since there was no way Adam could work me into his already overbooked schedule. She came out, treated my spot, and since they do have a minimum charge, she cleaned the rest of the great room, my bedroom, and the small area in my bedroom closet. They really went above and beyond to provide exceptional service!

They got here right on time, with two employees in case I needed anything moved. They were very professional, and the work was done in an hour. They were very courteous.

ADAM COX WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE HAS A DEGREE IN ORGANIC CHEMISTRY, SO HE KNOWS ABOUT STAIN REMOVAL AND CARPET CARE. THE CARPET GOT STAINED ON A SUNDAY, AND HE WORKED ME INTO HIS SCHEDULE TO COME OUT ON MONDAY. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE TYPE OF STAIN WE HAD AND THE TECHNOLOGY AVAILABLE TO TREAT IT, AND THE PROCESS THAT HE WENT THROUGH. UNFORTUNATELY, WITH THE TYPE OF STAIN WE HAD, HE WAS UNABLE TO REMOVE IT COMPLETELY. HE WAS ABLE TO LIGHTEN IT (WHICH IS MORE THAN I HAD HOPED FOR). HE ALSO CLEANED MY GREAT ROOM CARPET, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. SINCE HE WAS UNABLE TO REMOVE MY STAIN, HE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE TREATMENT HE DID, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS EXTREMELY GENEROUS, AS I PRETTY MUCH KNEW NOTHING WAS GOING TO GET IT OUT. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. MR. COX IS GENUINELY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WILL DEFINITELY BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER.

ADAM IS VERY PERSONABLE. HE IS A GOOD GUY TO WORK WITH. HE GAVE US FREE PENS.

HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WOULD DO AND WHY. HE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND POLITE, HE EVEN TOOK HIS SHOES OFF WHEN HE CAME INTO THE HOME BEFORE CLEANING THE CARPET. HE IS A NICE GUY AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN. HIS WIFE IS VERY NICE ALSO. THEY ARE VERY POSITIVE AND FRIENDLY AND TRULY THERE TO PLEASE. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
