Dedicated to provide economical support services to residential clients which include; virus, spyware and malware removal, operating system (re)installs, on-site diagnosis and resolution of software and hardware issues, voicemail systems, wireless networks and hardware/software upgrades. Over 25 years of IT/Cad support and Civil Design experience in the Engineering and Business Communities using my knowledge of Systems Management, Desktop Support, Help Desk and Civil Engineering Design and Drafting.
