Superior Drainage

Our basement floor drain was slow which we found out last night when the terrible storms hit.  I called Superior, and they said they would come in the morning.  They came as scheduled and snaked the drain.  They worked neatly.

It was a great job. Tarps where put on the floor so he wouldn't be walking on our carpet.
He {RAY} explained everything he would be doing, called for an extra man when he was ready
to set the tub in motar. When he was ready to leave after the job was done a leak was found in the drain
and Ray took it apart and replumbed the whole drain. He was a real pro.

It didn't. The first call was in November, 2013. A worker from the company came out and worked on the drains. Two weeks later, the drains were clogged again. I called the company back and another worker was sent out on 12/5/13 to do the job again. The drains were okay but sluggish and three days ago, the same problem happened again. Now my drains are clogged up again. I have used Superior Drainage for many years for different plumbing jobs with no problems. I am very disappointed in this. I want to know what the problem is and to get it fixed once and for all!!

Company was on time and provided great service. They called like they said they would and came back in the time frame they provided.

I called for an emergency service, and the company came out within 24 hours of the call, which was fast.  My waterproofing company revealed that my sewer drain main line was not connected below the concrete to the main sewer line leading to the city sewer, and was spilling into my subfloor underground.  Superior came out, snapped the clay drain pipe, and made a new elbow to connect everything, seal it, and test its pressure to ensure no leaks.  Job took a little over an hour, and worker cleaned everything up perfectly after he was done.  Perfect job, great price, and awesome worker.

I called Superior Drainage to provide an estimate for my plugged exterior drain.  They promptly came out and provided a quality estimate that was much lower than a previous estimate to dig up and replace a section of drain line. I selected them to do the work, there was a couple week backlog and they did have to call me and reschedule once due to unexpected issues with another job but they let me know ahead of time and let me pick another date that worked for me. They arrived on time and quickly completed the work without doing much damage to my lawn.  I would do business with them again and recommend them to others.

I called for the eppointment late in the day and was able to get them out the next day at my convenience.  They called before they came out and the serviceman was right on time.  He checked all the drains in the house to make sure he was cleaning the right one and finished the job within a half hour.  He then checked the toilet in the half bath and fixed it in about 5 minutes.  When he left I could not even tell he had been there (except my drain and toilet were now working).  I will definitely use them again.  Oh, and the price was very reasonable.

This company replaced all of the lines in our yard without busting any concrete. We have a stamped walkway and they were kind enough to dig by hand under it and lay the pipes. Other companies we have worked with in the past were not so kind to our walkways and driveways. My husband and I are very anal about concrete matching so we were overjoyed when we stopped by to see how the work was coming and saw they had respected our request to leave the walkways and driveway alone. They finished in a little over 48 hours. We still have the "track marks" in our yard and are waiting for things to settle. I'm hoping they come back to level things out and plant grass before fall, but even if they don't the undisturbed walkways and driveway is enough for me to plant it myself.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL & PROMPT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

Arrived on time and did the job in a professional manner. Noted that the device was mounted very tightly against the wall, and therefore made a note the invoice for the next visit to bring a different tool.

THEY WORK PRETTY FAST. I PREFER PEOPLE WHO HAVE PASSION ABOUT THEIR WORK AND GIVE OUT INFORMATION ON WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HOW THEY ARE DOING IT.

WE CALLED SUPERIOR DRAINAGE, ASKED IF THEY DID THAT WORK, THEY SAID YES AND WOULD SEND A MAN OUT. THEY GAVE ME THE TIME HE WOULD BE HERE AND THAT WAS ALL. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THE REPAIR MAN WAS WELL DRESSED AND VERY NICE. HE HAD THE PARTS AND IN NO TIME HE FIXED EVERYTHING, AND WAS GONE. MY WIFE SAID THAT WAS THE BEST $89.00 WE EVER SPENT. THANK YOU SUPERIOR DRAINAGE.

THIS CONTRACTOR DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEY WERE NEAT, QUICK, AND LEFT MY YARD IN THE SAME CONDITION THEY FOUND IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THEY CAME THE DAY AFTER I CALLED, CALLED RIGHT BEFORE THEY WERE TO ARRIVE AND WERE ON TIME. ALTHOUGH THERE WAS QUITE A MESS HE CLEANED EVERYTHING UP.

EXPLAINED WHAT HE FOUND. ADVISED ME THAT SNAKING THE BATHTUB DRAIN MAY NOT IMPROVE RESULTS.

DISCOVERED WHERE THE LEAK WAS AND EXPLAINED THAT THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM FOR MY HOUSE DID NOT REQUIRE SNAKING WHICH LESSENED THE CHARGE. INSTALLED A VERY NICE FAUCET, REPLACING A LEAKY ONE. THEY WERE FAST, EFFICIENT AND HIGHLY AFFORDABLE. I WILL USE THEM FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THE AKRON AREA.
