Due to insurance and mortgagee delays, we had to postpone the work for over a month. However, when all was set financially, Rod was able to work us into his very busy schedule in timely fashion. His staff were great to work with and they did a terrific job. They cared more about quality in the finished product than how fast the job could be done. When removing the siding they discovered a water-damaged section of wall that under our deck's sliding-glass door. They removed the bad 4 X 8 section and put in a new piece of plywood at no additional cost. They had to take down our SunSetter awning and reinstall it after the new siding was in place. All of the damaged aluminum trim around the doors and windows was replaced, along with the gutters and downspouts. We very much appreciated that there was no foul language, loud music or smoking on the job by the workers. They were a great team. The end result is simply beautiful.

We had Rod Howard reroof our entire home. He and his helper completed the job in one day. They were very careful, did great work, and cleaned up after completing the job. Rod discovered some roof damage in the valley between the house and the addition and replaced the rotted wood at no additional cost.
