Description of Work: Did a tune-up (using the coupon). The door was binding and making clunking noises, especially upon opening initially and at the last few feet of closing. Jim was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He checked the tracking and noticed the right top of the door was hitting the wheel. Also checked the tension of the spring and lubricated the hinges and the spring with lithium spray and showed me how to maintain it. After realigning and lubricating, the door opened and closed smoothly with minimal noise and no clunking. They were here in 2007 and replaced both overhead controls and did a good job then too.
