We solicited estimates from four companies. Pioneer was the most professional in its presentation. There were no high pressure sales tactics, the price was significantly lower than two of the others, & very competitive with the third. Outside of a little extra dust in the house from breaking up the concrete, the job was done neatly & very efficiently. Most importantly, after many years of a leaky basement, there has been no moisture anywhere since the job was completed over a month ago.

It went very good. I found them because I saw a coupon and gave them a call. They came out and gave an estimate. They made an appointment to come back. They came when they said they would. It took two days to do the work. The quote was right on. They cleaned up after themselves.

PIONEER WATERPROOFED THE BASEMENT ABOUT 20 YRS AGO. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEM AND THEIR EXCELLENT QUALITY OF WORK. OUR SUMP PUMP NEEDED REPLACED RECENTLY, AND THEY RESPONDED RIGHT AWAY TO COME OUT AND INSTALL A NEW ONE.
