I was impressed with Davis Water Treatment from my first contact email. Tony Metzger responded quickly with the assurance that Davis could do the work, and what the approximate cost would be. When I called to set up an appointment I was greeted by a very pleasant and cheerful gal. The appointment was set up for that same week.

Josh, the young man who came to do the work, was right on time. He assessed the job and got right to work. He worked nonstop for the next 2 1/2 hours. Josh did a masterful job in linking up the various plumbing connections and the job looks fantastic. He programmed the softener, filled it with salt and got it up and going. He made sure my husband understood the workings of the softener.

Even though we didn't buy the softener from Davis, we were given the same great service that any of his regular customers get. There is absolutely no reservation in recommending Davis Water Treatment.

I've used them and the companies associated with them for plumbing and water issues, and you just feel good about having them in your house. They're very competent and they come when they say they are going to and do what they say they are going to do. They stand behind their products. I didn't shop around for the price because I was comfortable with them.

Came out to house, analyzed water quality and recommended unit to use. Gave us price and optional finance plans. Installation on time and very professional.

We highly recommend doing business with this company. The office staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. The owner, who personally came to our house and quoted our new system, was professional and very knowledgeable. At our request, he personally laid a small concrete slab in our basement for the system to sit on. The installers did a terrific job. They were polite and non-intrusive. We are very pleased with how neatly the system and the water pipes were installed. The service was worth every penny we paid. Without hesitation we will recommend this company to our neighbors and friends.

I called and an appointment was scheduled. The man came and spent about 45 minutes delivering 12 bags of salt and replacing the filters. He also tested the water hardness just to make sure the system was working fine.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO TALK TO. RETURNED CALLS PROMPTLY AND PUNCTUAL FOR BOTH APPOINTMENTS. SYSTEM INSTALLED IN ONE DAY AS PROMISED. ALSO, HAD ADDITIONAL SALT DELIVERED A FEW MONTHS LATER. DELIVERED ON TIME AND REFILLED TANK. PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

THEY BROUGHT US SOME SALT AND INSTALLED THE WATER SOFTENER. THEY WENT TO THE STORE PURCHASE A FAUCET AND INSTALLED THAT AS WELL. GOT ALL THE PIPE NEEDED TO DO THAT. DID A GREAT JOB AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
