After the 1st employee arrived and saw the size of the job and all that needed done, then she called me and I sent another employee out asap. It is VERY important to me that you are happy!! "I would like to to reply to this rating only to make potential customers understand that the lady that posted this comment has some instability issues. I did everything in my power to please this elderly lady and even offered my daughter to assist her in anyway (my daughter is a student in Kent and lives by her.) She was doing all of this with no expectation of earning money, just out of the goodness of her heart. I sent this customer the same employees that every other customer of mine raves about. She was so happy and then one day just called and not making any sense, dropped the company. She has not paid me."

"We try so hard to always be on time! The first house of the day, is the easiest to get to on time:0) We try to take care of each customer and not leave a job until they are happy. I am sorry they were running late.
