I donâ  t think the cleaning people make enough money per house, and I feel itâ  s disrespectful to their hard work. They never disclosed what they make, but at such a low hourly rate, they canâ  t be making much more than $9-12/hr to do someoneâ  s dirty work. Hourly rate should go up. I moved so I no longer use their service, but two of the cleaners were very good-excellent.

Cinderelli's has cleaned for me for roughly 4 and a half years. The various cleaning people have been generally quite good and they are honest. They have been adaptable when I have needed them to clean for specific events and when i have had time constraints. I have them come in about every four weeks. Also important to stress that the various people have been pleasant and polite.

I hired 2 cleaners to come in and clean my home for 3 hours. I had made a list for them that I thought they d get most of it done, but they finished it all beautifully. Both girls were so friendly and efficient. Catherine is very responsive and friendly. I ll be using this company and the same 2 girls (Julia and Milania) every 2 to 3 weeks.

The cleaners from Cinderellis have been very nice and professional(I worked from home the first time so I could meet them). I am thoroughly impressed with how much work they can get done in a short time! Each time they work with a list of my priorities and I come home to find all of them crossed off and the house looks great! Thank you Cinderellis for doing such a great job, I love that I have more time to spend with my family now!

My house is cleaned weekly so it?s pretty clean overall. Asked for a deep / detail type of clean (baseboards/ walls/ fans / etc). Cursory at best.

I hired two workers for 2 hours. Jen was timely and did a great job. The other worker, not so much. When I relayed this information to the owner, she quickly responded and sent someone, Jen, back out to redo the rooms the other worker had done. Since my initial hiring, I have hired this service on a regular basis.

""My house is on the verge of being condemned by the City of Barberton, I NEED industrial level clear out of MUCH TRASH, and industrial level cleansing of whole house.........in DESPERATE shape......most of the stuff just need disposed of, but much animal excrement to be cleaned up as well. Partially working plumbing. VERY LARGE JOB!!" I received this lead and we took on a job that no-one else would even touch. It was a hoarders house with human and animal feces everywhere. The house was being condemned and I heard her cry for help and we went out the very next day and within two days with a big team and two huge dumpsters we emptied the contents from the home and ripped all the carpet soaked in animal waste. The customer was upset that we could not clean her two bathrooms because they were full from ceiling to floor with human waste. She called in HAZMAT and they quoted her $2,500.00 per bathroom to clean it. That is just how bad it was. She was thrilled with the work we did but unhappy that we would/could not clean the two bathrooms. I told her we were not trained or have the proper equipment to clean up human waste and that I had not included it in our estimate. I am shocked that she called me dishonest. I quoted her an exact price, paid my worker the exact amount she quoted me to complete the job. She texted me all day saying how happy she was and that she didn't even remember that she had a fireplace! A very sad situation :( There was no way to please this customer fully since we weren't able to clean up two full bathrooms of human waste. The pictures we took for proof to collect payment would help anyone to understand. We always care about our customers and did everything we could for this lady."
