Owner, Rick Hartman started servicing homeowners construction needs in 1989 after graduation from Ellet High School. He started with landscaping projects and advanced into residential roofing and remodeling interiors. Rick chose to name the company after his lovely daughters; Courtney and Sammi. Based in Akron, Ohio C & S caters to the needs of customers right here in NE Ohio. In 23 years of business we have increased our staff from 5 to over 60 skilled craftsman and diversified the services we can provide for customers. We NEVER skimp on materials to cut costs and ONLY provide; local, professional, knowledgeable skilled craftsman to complete your home project.
