"Samples are sent to a lab, the lab explains the type of mold found and what health issues the mold can cause. It is all in the lab report, it just has to be read thoroughly."
"Her plumber would not touch the vanity because of all the mold. As I started to remove the mold I found there was not a shut-off valve to the vanity. I was trying to keep the water on so the customer and her children would be able to use the bathroom downstairs. While removing the vanity one of the lines cracked & started leaking. I was able to shut off the water line in less than a minute & the amount of water was minimum as it went down into the main drain pipe to the basement. I cleaned up the little water that did leak out & the customer and her son both said they were happy with the service I provided."
