Work was completed on time and was of excellent quality. Work crew were neat and performed a thorough clean-up afterward. The proof of quality is in the durability - work was performed 7+ years ago. The roof is still in great shape. Well done.

Project was to remove and replace siding with Hardie fiber cement product. David through email was consistent with communication all through the project. Guys worked hard and with great care during installation procession. Overall project came out great and would recommend NYRC.

Coordinated with Dave May to install new siding on our home.  Dave turned out to be a dishonest person that did not stand behind the quality of the work done.  He also became verbally abusive when issues were brought to his attention.  The siding was not installed properly by his team and began to buckle in places because it was installed too tightly.  I am now having to pay another contractor to repair the defects.  Our driveway was also damaged by the truck that was used to bring in a large dumpster. I wouldn't recommend that anyone do business with this person and his company.

I purchased the Big Deal on 10/6 and the vendor (David May of NYRC) never contacted me (week and half). I sent 3 emails via the Angie's List site and left a phone message. Vendor wasn't aware of what I purchased and then told me to wait about a week to figure out what happened. I had to provide the vendor a copy of the deal. Then he visited my house and decided it was too much work the Big Deal he setup. During this whole process the vendor lied to me numerous times (he would email one thing and then clearly forget and state something else on the phone). Vendor is dishonest and have only negative things to say. He then said he would send me a refund (he told me he had the check) and then claimed he didn't have it since he "discarded at Angie's List request" and I should contact Angie's List for refund. Vendor said he won't make ENOUGH on my job and wanted to back out. Very disappointing experience. Please credit me my refund. I doubt I would do another Big Deal.

They are very good. There are no surprises with this company. They do what they say they are going to do. The workman are pleasant to be around. They are accommodating and polite. They also do a good job with cleaning up after themselves. The job done in 2008, there was a small issue on the portion of the roof over a screened porch. The owner came back promptly and thoroughly correct the problem. David May is the name of the owner that we dealt with. Scheduling and all the business was conducted by email with company.

They did a great job and we were pleased with them. They did our windows and siding. It didn't take them long to do this work and it only took them a week. The workers and Izzy were fabulous. Izzy was the go to person and he was a very and accommodating person. This company was also neat and clean too. The siding I purchased through this company and the windows we purchased through another company. The owner did all the buying for us.

My experience with New York Remodeling Corp. was phenomenal. They showed up on time. The work was consistent with what was promised. They went above and beyond what was expected. My chimney was green with algae and they came back after the job was done to continue to clean it so that area would look good. I would use their service again in the future if needed.
