Description of Work: Replaced broken glass in windows. They were great and prices were reasonable.

Description of Work: They installed new windows in my basement. They misquoted me because they assumed the windows could be replaced without having to remove the security iron gates come to find out that they could not on the day of. It was either rip my drywall inside or remove the gates, which they charged for. I would not have minded had the windows been ready in the timeline promised it took them an additional 4 weeks to finish the window construction i was originally told 3-4 weeks at most, it took them 8 weeks. Comically It was so hard to get ahold of them before the installation, but on the day of they managed to call me several times to try and bend my arm to pay them more money. Overall the quality of the windows are good, the installation was professional and done efficiently (clean up after themselves). I would use them again but only after doing some more research on price and quality.

Description of Work: Purchased patio door in deal section. They made appointment promptly, but forgot and missed appointment. Made second appointment and then discussed door. Turned out that my door was undersized and had to order a special made door which took 6 weeks and additional $600+. After 7 weeks I called to check on the door and it was in, but no one had called to set up appointment for installation as I was told they would. The door was installed the following week. Door is fine and functional, but I would have upgraded to the Anderson if I had it to do again. It doesn't seem to be of the same quality even though the salesperson told me when asked that the only difference was the warranty. Work was done well and the workers were polite, although late by a couple of hours for the appointment. Which is understandable except that it was for 9am which I would assume was the first appointment. Overall they are a polite company and do nice work. If you can get over the time issues and lack of followup I would recommend them.

Description of Work: replaced custom sliding double door with a standard patio door and screen met every agreement. came on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up. couldn't have been better.
