Repariman arrived and fixed identified issues I was aware.He replaced a bolt that i knew was bad and informed me that the wheels needed to be changed.
I was at work, so when i spoke to Rich he detailed to me the problems and how to fix it for next time, something I was not expecting but very much appreciated.

There price was double Sears and I decided to go with Sears instead. Door opener installed with NO PROBLEM and @ half the price

Helpful sales team. Quote was accurate. There was some difficulty with the install using our old garage door opener, but the technician put in the extra time to make it work.

Knowledgeable technician diagnosed the problem in very short order and realigned garaged door track. Also did general maintenance on door that needed work and a second garage door that worked just fine but that had some issues in the past. All very quick and easy.

One of our overhead doors was jamming and we called for a repair. The scheduler returned the call within an hour and set up the appointment for the following afternoon, giving a two hour window. The repair tech showed up a few minutes early, took care of the problem door and performed preventative maintenance on the other one. 1-1/2 hours in all.

Everything went very well. I was not at the house while they did the work but the job was done very well. Area was left clean and door works beautifully.

For some reason I could not get my garage door to open. They were able solve the problem although it was a little pricey.

Tom the salesman was punctual and professional. I needed a single car garage door replaced. He printed an estimate/contract on the spot.On the day the work was to be done the installers arrived on time. They were meticulously professional. They took away all debris.Overall my experience with United was completely problem free.

Person on called me back was complaining and some what rude when giving me the estimate. I called him back to discuss it further never got a call back. i ended up using another door company.

A+ They came measured gave me a price took deposit on credit card then ordered the doors they came approx 3 weeks later, they called to set up appt to install.

You should know that a free estimate only applies if you have garage doors installed. There is no free estimate if you want a repair performed. But that makes sense because most companies cannot afford to send an employee to you simply to give an estimate on a repiar. I asked the operator for the cost up front. I wanted to know exactly what the labor cost is per hour. She explained what the price was per hour and that tax and parts were extra. Since the repairman knew exactly what he was doing, the repair was done in about an hour. Several years ago we had a bad experience with a garage door service that initially gave a price for a repair that was so outrageously high that we immediately rejected it. Then he lowered the price by several hundred dollars. Then lowered it again when we still hesitated. This company was my co-op's so-called "recommended" garage door installer who my co-op regularly used for various garage and lock repairs. Owners of cooperative apartments beware! Just because your co-op recommends a company does not mean they are the best choice. I don't know why my co-op has chosen this particular company to recommend. We believe we were overcharged for the kind of work done. We later found out that they neglected other work that should have been included for the price they charged. I've used my co-op's recommended service companies twice and twice I was very disappointed. Never again. Learn from my experience.

Work was performed well. Slight issue with electrical outlet that was immediately taken care of. I was very satisfied with the work and the results. Cleanup was perfect.

They immediately noticed upon first inspection of our door the that the frame was rotten and needed to be replaced. We had our general contractor perform the framing and they came back and remeasured. They were punctual, reasonably, priced, and the work was completed in one day. As these things go it was a relief to have a a professional actually know what the word "professional" means. I definitely would recommend them for anyone that needs a garage door replaced.

Though they had done a service call on my garage door in December and found no problems we had bad surprise of having one of the springs pop put of alignment so we couldn't open the garage. The company came in a few days after the call and replaced both springs. I was hoping that there would be some discount as we just had that service call-but no.
