My tech Joshua Sherrod did amazing job with my dryer machine. In 20 minutes my dryer worked again.

Came on time. Did job as scheduled. More expensive than I thought - but the dryer is still working properly 2 years later.

technician arrived within the targeted time frame, quickly analyzed the problem with my dishwasher, recommended a replacement part & left the dishwasher re-assembled and operational.

The call-out fee is a bit high, but the tech was fantastic! Highly informative, fast and friendly!

I recieved a prompt response to my request for assistance and was able to set up an appointment that day. My only concern was the gentleman who came to my house had a strong accent and I was occasionally unable to understand what he was saying. Aside from that the work was done promptly and at a fare rate.

Called back right away, came out, and did a great job. A tad bit late, but good job overall. Thank you!

Aside from a misunderstanding about the service fee and whether it was supposed to be charged if work was to be done, the experience was quite good. Unfortunately, the problem was misdiagnosed and the repair could not be completed. The servieman was professional; he called en route and arrived within the window that was promised. He seemed competent and told me where he thought the problem lay.

They were very courteous and friendly. The responded quickly!

I was called 1/2 hr ahead that he was coming. He was efficient, and did an excellent job. Very happy with service & would call him again.

Appointment was easy to make. He was on time. It took him about 10 minutes to fix the washing machine.

I appreciated the call Friday night, it was completely unexpected, I thought I would not get anyone till Monday. Ritchie was great, very friendly and came back when he promised. The only thing that kept my rating from being 5 stars, was when I called to set the appointment I specifially told the woman to make sure the tech came with a belt for this machine since I knew it was broken and when he showed up he did not have it and had to come back. But he did come back when he said he would.

My experience was excellent. They called back in a timely manner and set a time convenient with my work schedule. The repairperson, Eddie, was on time, knowledgable, friendly and very efficient. The work was a bit pricey but than again gas is $4.00 today so what isn't pricy? I would use again and recommend them to a friend.

The Appliance Dr, and the technician who showed up specifically, was helpful, on time, courteous, and money well spent to get our dryer working again. They also were able to do a same day appointment, which is impressive between 5-8 pm (great hours for working people) When I contacted the big box retailer where we bought the dryer, the interactive voice prompts told me there earliest service appointment was 8 days away. When I was routed to a Cal center in India, while they spoke English very well, they did not comprehend what I was asking and it took another 5 minutes to find out it the earliest appointment I could get was 8 days away.

"Rich" was a personable service technician, providing honest information and timely service. We would not hesitate to use this comapany again, and we have already referred them to someone else!

Knew the problem right away,however I feel price was a little high. He was only here 10 minutes.
