Strong Home Inspection

Neil is a great home inspector. Very thorough, explains things well, quick follow-ups. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector in Westchester.

Neil did an awesome job. I ultimately purchased the house that he inspected. The sellers which were professional flippers stated that it was the most detailed inspection that they have seen. I got 80 percent of the repairs that Neil suggested done and me and my husband now know what we need to repair.

Neil is the best! He took his time in explaining each step of the inspection and things I need to look out for. He was timely and extremely knowledgeable. He also provided me with great tips for how I can improve some of troublesome areas and a rough idea of what it would cost me. I can't say enough good things about my experience!

Neil Napolitano was professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. His report was emailed within 24 hours of the inspection. He is a top-notch engineer.

At first, I was hesitant to hire him for no reasons other than I was referred to him by my real estate agent. And despite I am no longer working with my real estate agent, I will hire Neil for my next home inspection. As a first home buyer, I was fortune enough to have Neil. Neil was on time and thorough. He gave us a lot of information that helped us to make a very informed decision. He pointed out a lot of things that, of course, we did not notice but also gave us realistic input and/or estimates about the costs to fix. He also gave suggestions for renovations including suggestions in regards to the timeline to make such renos and his report clearly identifies those items that minor, moderate, or in need of severe repair. He was was personable and knowledgeable. Lastly, he was very responsive and answered all of our questions.

As a first-time home buyer I can really say I had a tremendous experience hiring Strong Home Inspection for the job. Even though their price was a bit higher than others I relied on them to avoid the hassle and it was well worth each $. Neil, the home inspector, was really professional and knowledgeable. He scheduled the inspection for the exact day and time I proposed in such short notice. In approx 2 hours Neil pointed out every little detail (minor & major issues). The next day I had the report in a PDF file in my inbox containing the images he took followed by explicit comments/details

The inspector did a great job and looked through absolutely every part of the house. I am very satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking for a proper inspection. There were 42 different things that needed to be fixed in my new home that would have not have been seen if wasn't for a qualified inspector .
