You always worry when you hire a new professional for a house you recently moved in - how will it go? Will the person be honest and open about the issues we'll face? How much will it cost? In our case we faced those fears with the repairs of our furnace system. HeatMaker Mark 2 - if you ever heard of it - that's one of the hardest systems to repair. Just google it and you'll see hundreds of online threads about various issues. If you own one - God bless you. In our case the systems just stopped working one day. Friday to be exact. I went on angie's list and came across Wes' company on friday evening. I messaged him to just inquire whether he is familiar with it. But the guy went in. he tried to help me to trouble shoot the system via messaging system. Who does that these days? Someone like Wes does! Once we realized that this is not fixable without his presence in person. Wes stopped by the following day and kept digging until he found one issue. The parts were not readily available so we had to wait till monday. Before then Wes was 100% open about the potential issues we might face, costs and everything that he will attempt to accomplish. He came back on monday with new part, only to discover that once that part was fixed - that there are other two parts that malfunction. And he wasn't giving up! He left to only come back with the parts. In between he did some research and even called one of the guys he found online who had the same issue to consult with him. All on his own merit without us even asking. It felt like as much as he hated how complex and mismanaged that system was by prior owner - he wasn't going to give up on it and on us getting our hot water and heat back! At the end, I'm writing this review in a warm house, after using a hot shower. All thanks to Wes' diligence, tenacity and professional dedication to finding a solution. He is not a magician, but he will do his best to save you money and find a realistic solution for your budget. Thankfully this time we didn't require a full replacement, but I'm sure that once we're ready - Wes will get another call from us!

I can not thank Wes and his crew enough for saving is this summer. They found me an Central AC system within my budget that has a 10 warranty. They were clean and very professional as well as a bunch of fun guys. I highly recommend Alia for everything you need for HVAC needs.
