Aand N was very professional every step of the way. They are great at communication, responding promptly to all calls and email. They show up when they say they will and do what they say they will do - and if you've done extensive renovations you know how rare and wonderful that is. They had no problem coping with the plumbing in this 58-year old building and they were fast and efficient. They made four trips here to get everything done properly and worked extra hard to solve water pressure problems. Their prices are reasonable and they're all nice guys who are great to work with.

The price was very reasonable. I have used them 2-3 times this year. I love them and they are my favorite.

I give Aand N an A+ for responsiveness, effeciency and quality of work. You will not be disappointed.

They held their promise and did what they said they would. They were honest and I was pleased with the results. They did a good job with plumbing and I would consider them in the future.

It went great. He came the same day I called 11/25/11 and fixed the leak in the toliet.

I called Aand N plumbing on a friday morning, left a voice mail. Aand N office assistant called me back to reply that the Plumber was currently out on jobs and he would call me back later in the afternoon, I asked to be called back on Monday. As promised I received a call back on Monday from owner, I explained the plumbing issue and we scheduled a service visit in two days (I was not going to be charged for the visit to get a quote). Employee Keith arrived right on time, he was polite and helpful. he immediately found 2 issues with bathroom sink (and suggested to replace both water feeds-without forcing). I agreed, I then asked him to look at my kitchen sink (plastic tubes that sometimes leaked and seemed in bad shape). He immediately found problems (plastic and size (2 inch drain and plastic was one inch) and was not meant for kitchen sink. He called in with the issues and provided me with a quote, I agreed to the work. I was very happy with quality and professionalism. I cannot give opinion on price sent I did not compare bids, but the pre work, knowledge, and responsiveness helped me decide to get all the work done with Aand N.

from the moment i requested and estimate, through the process of getting insurance to cover the work, to the work being performed and finished, the folks at A and N were responsive, honest, reliable and straightforward. They were accurate with time frames and professional from start to finish.

My experience was very good. I had called for an estimate, and the two plumbers came to take a look. Not only did they give me an estimate, but they were able to actually complete their job at that time. Everything I needed, they were able to find in their truck. All in all, it was a good experience.

The work went very well, from the phone calls to the company to their punctuality and friendliness on site. The work itself was done well, despite the fact that they were unfamiliar with the toilet model.

For some reason, the person we spoke to stated they don't do this type of work and referred us to another plumber, who actually stated that they do perform this work. Sounded quite odd. Anyway, given their claim that they don't do this work, we didn't end up using them...but what plumber doesn't repair water heaters?

I'm looking to buy my first house and actually fell in love with one but I had my doubts regarding the plumbing. I called Aand N to inspect the plumbing, boiler and tank in the house. Both, Nick and Anthony saw how much I loved the place but never watered down the truth with regards to the plumbing or anything else related to the house; even in front of the listing agent. I'm happy with their frankness and as I keep house hunting, I'm certain I will call A and N again. Thank you Nick and Anthony.

I called the anserign service, someone then calle me back as promised. he gave e an aproximate time (whch was wid but good enough). the team arrive din the window promised and aclled me as promise. They assessed the work and gave me a price fo rthe two jobs and proceeded to do the work. what more couldone ask?

I have been using them for 20 plus year. They have done a lot of plumbing work for me, they have installed a toilet in my bathroom, and I have even used them to fix a leaky sink in the kitchen. The price is always very reasonable. They are very professional, show up on time, and if we have an emergency they come out right away.

Wonderful experience with Nick at Aand N! I called Aand N to have someone inspect and possibly redo repairs to a shower that was installed improperly and leaking through the floor and into the room adjacent to the bathroom when it was turned on. I spoke with Nick from Aand N and he agreed to come to my apartment the very next day to inspect the shower and see what additional work, if any, needed to be done. He arrived before the scheduled time, inspected the repairs for nearly 30 minutes and told me that he would not have to do anything further. Nick noted that aesthetically the repairs could have been better, but that the plumbing work was fine and that I should not have further leaking. He did not charge me at all for his time and assessment. I could not have had a better experience with Aand N and have no doubt that I will call again if I have any other plumbing issues.

I had no complaints with them. They replaced my gas pipe.

He came on time, did his work, took his fee and left. All went well.

The guys were great, responsive and quick. Glad I called them.

Repair was quick and efficient. Anthony explained in detail what he was going to do to avoid having to add to cost, ie buying a new toilet. I appreciated his help and will call on him again for any plumbing issues.

Anthony was patient and generous, suggesting that he could salvage some parts so we only had to purchase what was necessary. He walked me through the process and earned my trust. After many headaches we went through (unrelated to Aand N), Anthony was always there to follow up the many times we needed to come over several months -- and he would stay to really think through the issues we faced and do everything he could to solve the problems, whether it meant consulting his colleagues, calling the parts company, etc. He even recommended a contractor to do the tile work, who was also terrific. Anthony is prompt, respectful, reliable, and he communicates well. Don't be unnerved by his fast talking or his and Keith's bantering -- it's all good natured, and his animation really just shows his dedication to his work. Anthony and Keith were a pleasure to work with. I really can't speak to the price since I don't have anything to compare it to.

I was so impressed with Stanley Lewis. I have had 5 plumbers turn this job down, give me the run-around, completely blow me off... no one wanted to do this job except Stanley Lewis. They looked at what I had, very quickly found out what they needed to do, and promptly and proficiently did the work that needed to be done with very little mess. So professional!! I would use them again in a heartbeat. It cost more than I wanted, but I have a feeling it was a very fair price. I finally have an excellent working toilet.

The work the plumbers performed was incomplete and sloppy. New pipes in the shower should have been supported by bracing which was never installed by plumbers. Sink was not level after installation. Toilet leaked on installation after plumber failed to check fitting on new toilet. Reinstalled properly after leak. Shower arm was installed backwards. Old shower arm and shower head were taken without my permission - I wanted to use the old shower head with the new plumbing.

Aand N came and performed an inspection of the plumbing in an apartment I was looking to purchase. Although it was a cursory inspection, (only visual testing) they pointed out small anomalies that otherwise would not have been noticed (the cold and hot water pumps were in the opposite direction). It was great to have the peace of mind our inspection provided and we were able to have all the issues addressed prior to the deal moving forward. I would use them again.

Called. Technician arrived promptly, did work quickly, then explained what the trouble was. Warned not to throw kleenex into toilet, which I had done occasionally, or anything else beside toilet tissue (which dissolves easily). Good experience, although I don't know what the cost should be for a job like this.
