I've been using Eco-Logic for many years.  I wanted an organic provider, and Eco fit the bill. Chris is khowledgeable and dependable.  Is something dies , he replaces it.  My garden looks lovely, and I have him to thank.  He'll be back, I'm sure.

I purchased this from the big deals, but I should have requested a refund, because he never called me back. I did make one phone call to find out what happened to him, but all I got was a voice mail. I left a message, but he never responded.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and they did what they said they would do. He came out and he listened, and then a few weeks later he sent me a design and gave us some ideas and I was fine with that. We were still sort of bouncing ideas on what we wanted to do. It was a 3D design, which was actually sort of nice too. I was satisfied with him. His responsiveness to my needs was pretty good. He was punctual. Regarding using them again in the future, they are all the way out in the east end and I think it is a long way to call them just for work, so I will probably look for someone more local. It is not a mark against their work; it is just that I do not expect him to travel 2 hours each way to do a little work here.

Everything was fine when he came and evaluated  my landscaping needs.  He was supposed to  come back with a written design, but never did.  He didn't return calls or emails.  I wasted my money buying this coupon.

I was very happy with them.  They were good in responding by phone and then later on by email.  He arrived on time and cleaned up beautifully.  He answered every questioned I had.  He brought one of the worker and the two of them; I didn't even know that they were here. They were very good and did an excellent job.  It was a very positive experience.

My first contact with him was in the spring to get an appointment set up. He came and looked around and said he would get back to me after I sent him the property survey. He did in fact receive the survey, but then never called me back at all. After that I had tried to contact him back and still no response.
I will say that when the gentleman showed up, he was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. But in the end, I never got my landscape plan that I had paid for.

I didn't receive a response to either my phone call or email to this company seeking service.   Based on other reviews and the company's web page, it sounds like the company might provide exactly the service I want but, obviously, I can't know that if the company doesn't respond.  Under other circumstances I might keep trying to reach the company but I have been unable to maintain my lawn due to medical issues and the municipality has regulations about lawn maintenance so I can't wait indefinitely for a callback.  I may try to contact this company again in the future but for now I must look for someone else.

they were very professional and even though I wasn't ready to start the work, they still had no problem giving me ideas for the house and what to do and little tips about using someone else, what things to look for.

We used the Angie's list deal to get a landscape analysis and design.
Chris was amazing- he has an amazing design sense and really understood
our vision and developed a beautiful design of our entire yard . Unfortunately, we have not gone
forward yet as we had some other interior renovations we needed to do first but
we do hope to work with him.

"Customer wanted a dog friendly Japanese garden. It is possible that the software did not convey the subtle nuances of a Japanese garden. Had this design been installed it would have been the gem of the property."

Chris of Eco-Logical Landscaping Inc was very knowledgeable and very nice. He answered a lot of questions when we asked him where to plant our fruit trees. I felt like I wanted to work with him. He was very nice. He did tell me that he was very busy and that he could only start in 2, 3 weeks. I told him if he could start early it's ok if he doesn't finish. So he came once and then five days later he came back to finish. Basically, he did as we agreed.

We had purchased a landscaping design package early in 2012 and followed up in the summer to tell them we would be doing this at the end of the summer.
 
We all agreed this timeframe would work and we would schedule a date in late August.
The initial meeting was rained out and was rescheduled for the beginning of September. We met with Chris, gave him the original site survey for our lot and walked the yard to talk about what we wanted to accomplish with the design.
Chris told us it would take about two weeks to do the work. He has not delivered the design or returned our phone calls.
At this point, all I want is our money back. I would certainly not recommend doing business with Eco-Logical Landscaping Inc.

We have used other landscaping companies in the past and have not been pleased with the results.  Chris has done an excellent job, our lawn is improving significantly.  He always responds to our questions and concerns.  We will continue to use Eco-Logical.
